Mowed front lawn fine, but totally skipped backyard. Had to call 5 times to get someone back out to do the back, then when it finally got done missed a big strip of grass in middle of yard and didn’t mow at all by the fence.

Where do I begin, this company lacks integrity and basic morals and accountability, while doing a lot (mowing) the individual lacked quality and blew grass all over and into my car windows down of course, then they ran the riding mower into the back of my car causing damages, my son saw it and then I proceeded to look out the windows and seen the man looking and I figured he was just checking the car out, I then go to leave for the bank my car has been there all day and I seen Grass all over it I was like ok real cool dude and as I wiped the grass of that when I saw the damage and realized that guy noticed what he did, he split in a flash and didn't have the basic decency to atleast come in and say sorry, I called the company and told the lady, about an hour goes by and owner calls me and says I wondered if my guys would tell me anything and said they would cover it, next day I get the quote from body shop, almost $900 in damages, I send the quote to the owner and he responds our mower can't do that with it that high and wouldn't hurt bumper I said I'll pull the video, we'll I pulled the video and it's forward facing and you see the guy and mower right on the back of the car, I then seen in the video the apartment tenant was out on steps smoking so I go and ask that person if they saw he then replied ya the mover rod or handle made contact but didn't think nothing of it, but at this point we have 3 people and partial video but the next days attitude was far different, I then figured I could do small claims but where would that get us and it's not even about money it's about honesty and integrity but I've come to see this company has neither so I sent the owner a text telling him forget it, I'm not even going to deal with this as it's not worth my time trying to get them to take accountability, if you hire this company please be mindful of your property and others when they are around as I feel this kind of behavior is present and you definitely don't want that phone call like 712 got (embarrassing)
