We had a leak in our basement over the weekend and not only did Justin answer our distress call on a Sunday, he was at our house the next day with all the equipment needed to dry out our home. Justin and his crew were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and Justin went out of his way to save us money during the remediation process while still providing comprehensive and thorough service. 10/10 would recommend

A few days ago we went downstairs to our basement and found water everywhere. We called Premier Restoration after they were recommended by a friend and they arrived in less than an hour to take care of my damage. The crew was extremely professional and courteous they removed the water and setup all of the equipment to start drying the basement. The whole process was explained and Premier Restoration was very professional they walked us through the process and made this stressful experience a walk in the park I highly recommend Premier Restoration to anyone else experiencing water damage.

They told me exactly what needed to be done. They arrived quickly and cleaned and removed everything that was damaged.
