Great experience with Jacob and his crew. We had a main line clogged in our 50 year old home. They came out the same day we called and our problem was resolved in 2 hours. They were professional, friendly and honest. Highly recommend!

I have a 1963 home with the original plumbing. Our shower started leaking through the handle, Crosby Plumbing came by and helped us by replacing the internal valve with the right tools in a very quick amount of time. We are thankful that we did not need to replace the entire shower system.

We also had them by a few years ago to replace the entire sewer plumbing line from our house to the city main. They had the best price and did a great job! It was a lot of work that Crosby Plumbing did very efficiently and correctly.

We have been Crosby customers for over 15 years. Most recently, we had a main water supply line break and they came out the same day to fix it to make sure that we weren’t without water for an extended period of time. This required them to juggle a number of their other appointments in order to squeeze us in before everything froze again. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty. They are always pleasant and professional.

We had Crosby Plumbing do a variety of work for us on a large project in early 2024 and we're very pleased with them and their quality of the work. They were very thorough during the estimate and work in sharing details on different options and explaining their approach. There was no surprises and they were honest and not pushy with trying to sell things you don't need like many of those companies you see advertising on TV all the time. Thanks for the great work and we plan to hire them in the future for additional work.

I needed 2 outside water faucets replaced. Crosby Plumbing was able to get to my job quickly. Their price was slightly lower than the two other companies I called (and they were able to get to the job about 1 week sooner than the others too). The two technicians that came out were very professional, communicated what they were doing, and answered my questions (and didn't seem annoyed by them either!). I would recommend them and will be my first call should I need any further plumbing needs.

Luke and his coworker was available immediately and arrived within 30 minutes of my initial call...Which was AWESOME! They were polite, professional and informative. They were able to get the sewer line unclogged very quickly and easily. Luke, EVEN, called Dustin and we were able to set up a future Septic tank cleaning. GREAT JOB GUYS!

I purchased a home 5 months ago and much to my shock and horror - the 1st week of occupying - the entire sewer line backed up and flooded the finished basement! I was in Trauma to say the least! After several different plumbing companies telling me several different ways to handle - some said to repair a portion, some said to replace the entire thing starting under the house all the way to the main! I had no clue what to do or how to address!

A family member directed me to Crosby Plumbing - they immediately came to assess what was wrong, what needed to be done and not to worry - they could do it and make this nightmare right! The relief to be spoken to with so much Customer Service/Care and explanations that I could understand was truly a Blessing! During this replacement process - we ran into things that were unknown - but Crosby Plumbing knew how to handle and they did just that! While continuing to reassure me all would be ok and I would be able to live without worry in this new home for many years to come! I am forever grateful! Crosby Plumbing and the crew that was here for several days - were kind, courteous and professional all at the same time! I highly recommend Crosby Plumbing services. They stand behind their work and do their best for their customers. My first experience with them was through service they provided to my elderly mother. She was so impressed with them that I began using them 12 years ago and they are the only plumbers I call.

Recently one morning discovered all my plumbing had backed up. I called Crosby and they worked me into their already busy schedule that same day. What a relief!!!!

The other think that impresses me with Crosby is they invest heavily in our future by providing an internship option for young men/women interested in learning the skill. Grant & Cahill were interns that serviced my recent call………what professional young men! They kept me posted on the progress of my job, were careful not to track/soil my carpet, and cleaned up fantastically when they were finished!! They were telling me how the Crosby team has taught them so much and their plans on joining the team as Master Plumbers when they became qualified. They said the Crosby team has high expectations, but as long as you pull your weight they will teach you all you need to know.

Kudos to Crosby for being a company I can trust and depend upon and for a company that invests in our future!

Dwayne patiently talked me through options and provided some consultation on other projects. I ultimately did not need the repair I'd called Crosby to perform, but I had Dwayne fix another problem I needed done. I was so impressed with the frank admission that we really didn't need to fix the first problem, just needed to ensure the worrisome valve was completely open or shut. An honest plumber - like gold.

Crew that came to my house to talk about fixing my sewer line where it ties to the city sewer line, were GREAT.
The gentleman were very personable and listened to me when I explained my problem.
Two brothers were especially nice.

A week later there was a 4.8” rain in Overland Park.
My sump pump has been working on & off for a while. Switch finally stopped working and rain flooded my laundry room.
I called and LM that my sump pump failed.
Crosby called me right when they opened at 8 and was at my house at 9.
Took less than an hour to replace. They went above and beyond in service.
They cleaned out the pit.
There were leaves, sand and various other debris.
Emptied 4 buckets from the wet vac.
The technician was also friendly and professional.
FYI
I have never cleaned the pit before.
He suggested cleaning it with a wet vac every 2 months.

Had technician come out to check my heat tape to make sure it was still OK. Service was perfect. Only downfall was that the charge fpr this service was doubled from last year.

We had an issue with our main septic line from the house to the tank suddenly clog, and needed someone quickly to clear the line. I call Crosby and they had someone out within 2 hours on a Friday to clear the line. They were very professional and knew exactly how to correct the issue. I would highly recommend them!

We recently worked with Crosbly Plumbing for a clogged drain and they were excellent. The were kind and professional from the moment they arrived.

They diagnosed the issue right away and had it resolved within minutes. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the fast response and high-quality service.

Crosby Plumbing did a fantastic job for me! We needed our water main relocated to allow for foundation work, and Crosby took one look and said no problem. They provided a detailed estimate, which was also the final price after all work was performed. They showed up when they said they would, and were professional and reliable. I had them back out a second time to replace a sump pump, and same experience then - very professional, very friendly, and the work looks great.

Edit March 2026: Toilet replacement and Crosby again did a perfect job! On-time and on budget.

I won't hesitate to use Crosby in the future.

Koty was an amazing tech and very professional. He was at my house in 15 minutes from when I called and fixed everything within the hour.

I contracted Crosby plumbing to replace the galvanized water lines in my 70 plus year old house, with a crawl space. Not an ideal working enviroment.

Three days later the work crew went to work on the projedt and was done in about half a day which was much quicker than I thought it would be. They proceeded in a professional no nonsence fashion and cleaned up any debris when they were done.

I was impressed with the manner in which the project was handled from beginning to end.

If you need plumbing service I recommend that you consider Crosby plumbing for the job.
