Eck Services is amazing! Troy and Ryder were great to work with! Replacrd our hot water heater and fixed a broken pipe in our crawl space. After they left I noticed a leak under kitchen sink. The guys came back and tried to fix it. Found a pipe under the sink was broken also. Came back another day and fixed it! Would recommend them!!!

Lucas was excellent! Arrived timely, very thorough in his work; from investigating, to repairing, to explaining the problem and resolution. Cost was fair and affordable. Eck Services is always my go-to.

Very unprofessional. They told me 'you need to get a bathtub that isnt complicated because I dont like challenges.' I got a jet bathtub. They said I needed to return my bathtub, toilet and sink and buy from them so they know exactly what they are working with. They also kept showing up late and sometimes not at all when they were scheduled to. Leaving before their work was done for the day, almost putting my construction behind schedule. I will not be using their company again.

2 gentlemen came out so quick, were very polite, and had everything with them. Cleaned up after themselves and took the broken fixture for disposal.

Aaron Jorns did routine yearly service on my whole house generator today. He was very friendly and informative about the unit. I didn’t realize the unit had a break-in period before changing the oil. I’m happy with the peace of mind the unit brings. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Eck technicians.

I needed the manabloc water system replaced in my home, so I got a quote to replace the manabloc, re-fit the Plex connections and replace a ball valve on the main pipe going to the system.

They quoted me $1500 and told me it's about a 6-8 hour job, I went to set up the date and time and they again told me their people will take 6-8 hours to complete.

The following week two different people came to install, they installed everything in less than an hour.

I thought a 6-8 hour job for two people plus parts for $1500 sounded a little high but not unreasonable...so when it was less than an hour with only $300 in parts..I felt very mislead with pricing. $1200 in labor for 45 minutes is not a reasonable price.

The only reason I'm giving three stars is the two people that came in and did the job did a great job, exactly as described, cleaned up after themselves and were professional.

Brayden did such great work! Had an unexpected repair needed and he got it fixed up quickly. Will be using this company again in the future.

Brayden and his team were courteous and efficient with finding a solution to the plumbing issue we had. Would definitely have them out again.

They worked quickly and with precision I was truly impressed with how quick they took both our old systems out and put the new ones back in. They worked well effectively together and completed the task quicker than I ever expected

Eck did a great job showing up on time. They got my electrical pole on my house replaced and it was done in a timely manner. The cost can be a bit sometimes but the overall work is done well. I’d recommend them.
