The service has always been good. The new management made things easier from tracking the schedule, bill payment and reaching out to customer service. Maybe a bit expensive.

My tech was amazing on listening to the needs I wanted for my lawn and did it exactly how I wanted. They were 10 minutes early which is amazing, I don't see that from other I have had in the past. Thank you guys again

Would not recommend anyone to use this company. No weed eating/trimming ever done. Leaf cleanup with leaves still all over the place. I live in an hoa and am stuck with them but from what I see they are not good at their jobs.

They changed billing to email only without informing us. Then refused to mow because of lack of payment when we never got a bill. They do not return phone calls. Poor customer service. Find someone else now that Taussig sold the business they have gone down hill. Account was under my maiden name and we fired them.

New owners took over in 2022. Price increased $10 per treatment, which was fine. This year, out of nowhere, it increased another $30 per treatment ($99 plus tax), an increase of $40 per treatment (8x/year) in one year. My yard looked terrible last year, the worst since I moved in in 2017. I realize there was a drought, but watering it more than I ever had did absolutely nothing.

I did receive the letter, I didn’t realize this was an increase per service. I understand about inflation and fertilizer price increases worldwide, I just can’t justify that amount of price hike for my situation. Lastly, I did attempt contact last year, a couple times, never received any response.

We decided to hire a lawn company, so we would have more family time. I found Taussig Turf & Tree on HomeAdvisor. Multiple companies did not call me back about my inquiry, but Dave called me within minutes. He came out same day to give a quote and didn’t pressure me. He confirmed no contracts and they mow weekly unless it’s not needed. I asked if he could mow today because it was needed and he agreed. His guys have been on time every week and they are fast. Dave is professional and personable. I recommended them to my parents and they have also been taken care of.

We have worked with Dave for over a year for lawn care and he’s exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable and keeps our lawn green. Highly recommend him!

Horrible service. Kept lying constantly. No professionalism whatsoever. God blocked them. Edyson kept trying to make me pay up front while lying and said they would wait until the job was done. Will never call or give anyone the okay to use EJQ.

Edyson amd his crew were hard working and completed our very big landscaping job in a timely manner. He was fair and honest. We will use EJQ again.

They removed my backyard pond about a month ago. Edy was super responsive, was able to schedule the job quickly, and it was very reasonably priced. I’d definitely use them again.

He “fixed” our pavers on our backyard patio, telling us we had a 3 year warranty on it. There are a still cracks in the patio and now the water pools in places when it rains. We have been trying to contact him to come back and look at it and he will not return our phone calls or texts. When we called him from a different number, he answered, said he’d be over at 11 the next day and never showed up. Do NOT use this company.

Do not use this company. I got work done and edy said he would come out 3 weeks later to make sure grass was growing. I contacted him because there seemed to be some problem areas where weeds wouldn’t die. He also said the large hills of dirt would settle into flat grass. That was absolutely not the case (and we were crazy to believe him). I have mounds of dirt with grass growing on them that look ridiculous. He won’t come out and fix it because he knows he did a bad job and does not return my phone calls or text. He took my money and ran and left me with a terrible looking yard. He would rather focus on laying mulch then he would on making the yard look presentable. Do not use him. You will get screwed.

Edyson and his crew did a fantastic job on pouring a new driveway and front stairs. Quality work at a good price and very professional. Would highly recommend his services, and would have no problem hiring him again.

The actual work they did, when they did it was a good job. Problem is they would say they would be the next day to get some done and never show up till a couple days later after I texted them a few times. I also expressed how I paid a front one time before and got screwed, and was told to pay at the end. However, I was asked to pay as we go. And then to top it off they never truly completed the job. it was cement work and they were supposed to come back and take 2x4s off and take some dirt away and they never showed up.
