Came here to get a few parts for my internal vacuum system while finishing my basement. Very friendly and had some very good prices. I would recommend doing business with them. Prob will buy a complete system when my basement is done.

I have a Tri Star cannister vacuum and there was a problem w the connection in the hose/handle that would cause the "power brush" to stop turning. I stopped by the Shawnee Aerus Store and was welcomed by a nice man named Don. He is the service technician and Don was AMAZING! He trouble shot the problem, identified the issue and replaced the broken connection part that needed to be replaced in the handle! Great job Don and THANK YOU for the great service! I will highly recommend Aerus Store Shawnee to everyone I know! Don is a keeper and you are very lucky to have such a customer centric technician and representative of your company! Well done Don!
