We’ve installed Hague Water Filtration systems in 2 homes and are really happy with the products and service. Tim is experienced and knows what he’s doing; highly recommend him and this company for water purification. They make contact with you annually to service your unit (replace filters) insuring your water quality remains constant. A+

We are very happy with our new system. Our box store softener got a salt bridge after a few years of usage. No one was able to help me resolve it. YouTube and Google did their best but in the end it just never worked the same. Now we own a quality system and I can call Jay and the team anytime day or night. It is comforting knowing they strive to make softening water right.

We decided to have Hague come out after meeting Jay at the KC home show. We were pleasantly surprised that Jay was the one who came out to our house. After he walked us through the testing of our water, we were sold. We’ve had it installed for about 2 months and we couldn’t be happier. We save a ton on bottled water. My favorite part is no stains on everything. I used to clean the shower and 3 days later there would be orange stains on the shower walls and caulk. Now there are zero stains. Customer service has been exceptional which seems to be rare these days. Overall, would highly recommend.

My experience with Hague really was extraordinary. We knew our water was super hard and there had to be something done. So we started with a water test and got to meet Jay Pointer! He proved just how much their system could change our lives. We were sold on it but it was gonna be tough for a couple 25 year olds to pay for it. They worked with us and make it possible so I am forever grateful! Top to bottom wonderful company, wonderful staff, and the installer (CJ) that did the installation was so intelligent and took time to show us all the ins and outs of the entire system. Can say without a doubt that high quality water has changed our lives and health!! Tastes great, feels great, can’t say enough about it.

Your plumber was A+++. Great guy, knowledgable and would highly recommend him! He went above and beyond any contractor I’ve worked with and fixed our system where our initial contractor failed us on.

He even took the time to walk us through how it works, and what we should look for if there are any problems.

Getting set up for our new system was very easy. Ashley got us all set up and Blake was very nice. We anticipate great service just from this initial contact. Great service continued with follow-up etc. Josh did a great job with the installation. We have been up and running! Nate came by, checked everything out, made sure we had everything and took good care of us. From start to 'finish' all has been great.

We moved to a home 5 months ago that had a Hague water softener and filtration system that we were unfamiliar with. Tim came for yearly maintenance and explained everything clearly and took care of the whole system.

“Misleading ‘Prize’ Vacation Offer After Sales Presentation”

We were told we were drawn in a raffle and had won a two night hotel stay if we listened to a sales pitch — but what we actually received was a “Time 2 Get Away” travel voucher from Gunn Marketing Group / Customer Choice Rewards(who have horrible customer service reviews online).

For the “free vacation” you have to pay multiple “refundable” fees, follow a complicated activation process, and meet several strict deadlines just to try to redeem it and MANY people online said they were never refunded and some weren’t given their hotel stay at all even after paying. There were also a lot of restrictions and blackout dates, and it seems many people have had trouble ever booking anything through this program.

It’s very misleading to present this as a prize or free trip when it’s actually a marketing voucher full of extra costs and hoops to jump through. Especially when they use this “prize” so you’ll allow them to enter your home and waste your time with their sales pitch. I wouldn’t trust a company that does this.

Tim is great at his job for he changed out our filters in kitchen and check the unit in the basement and best things is he left me 3 bags of salt so I do not have to carry them downstairs

My wife and I have been very happy with our Hague water softener here in Topeka. We just had our carbon changed today by Tim. He was very pleasant, quick and efficient. He also happened to notice a fitting that was in desperate need of replacement that probably saved us a lot of money in the long run. We highly recommend! Thank you!

Blake is a wonderful representative keeping us laughing and engaged the whole meeting! I also want to shout out Wayne for being accommodating and patient with me as our meeting was being arranged! Both Blake and Wayne are wonderful people and dedicated employees!

Alex was great! He came out and saw our existing system and helped us service it. Very helpful info & he was straight forward with us which I appreciate so much.

I had an install this evening, and everything from hello to goodbye was outstanding. normally i am leary about installers in my house but Joe Parker came in and rocked it out like a professional should. I was able to watch tv and tend to my dogs while he did his thing. He had us sign our paperwork, and gave us a tutorial over all the components, and explained everything to us. I will definitely refer, and reuse Hague.

Tim brought all nec supplies and hardware for worst case senerio and took the time to assure the system was properly working without issues before he left . This was a complicated tight setup.

I want to start off by saying that I have never used their service, and I never will. After getting my number from a raffle, they have been calling me, almost always when I'm sleeping, to the point where I decided to block their number. one day i lifted and So they told me that i won a raffle ticket and got some gifts to select. And they wasted my 45 mins time by coming home now they were saying that i need to pay money to get my gift. I asked in upfront that do i need to pay anything for this. They said no. Please don't trust its all fraud.

I am very thankful for Jay and His honesty and integrity. Very knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra mile for me.

I had signed up to have a filtration system installed in my home last night. The sales person was at my house til 10:30pm. When asked about install time she offered today at 9:30am. When no one has arrived by 10:45 am I called in to ask for an eta, I was then informed I was not approved for their lease that I had signed up for. The did not call to let me know prior to the that I had to pass any sort of credit check and caused me to miss work expecting an installer at my home first thing this morning. When I addressed it with the install manager about the poor customer care he hung up on me. Do not recommend this company.
