ProshineKC answered the phone right away and within two days traveled over 2 hours to clean our tennis courts in Chapman for a tournament the next day. He worked from 8:30am to 2am in the morning to be complete for a tournament the next day. Thanks for going above and beyond to make our courts look great! There was a lot of grime built up over many years.

I finally convinced my condo board to approve professional power washing of our sidewalks and pillars as a couple of our owners are looking to sell their units. For years, Mr. "Let Me Do The Power Washing And Save Us The HOA Money" who's on the board was a no show, and we finally collected dues from owners who never paid on time. (You would think that with the pandemic, it would have left him plenty of time to power wash the property on a volunteer basis, but NOPE. And borrowing his equipment was a firm "No".)

The team at Rolling Suds answered all our annoying condo board questions, came in on time with their truck, did the work from start to finish, and left. C'mon, it's PROFESSIONAL POWER WASHING. Years of disgusting buildup on our property--GONE. It's nice to know that you can just PAY for this service rather than wait for someone who keeps saying we don't have the money nor will do it after saying they will. (FOOL ME ONCE...or for 4 years.)

I'm happy that the place looks so bright and clean now! It finally has the curbside appeal I know all the owners appreciate (especially the ones who are trying to sell). Nick was very nice and easy to work with and thorough. When it started flooding into the basement he was quick to turn everything off. After the job I did notice some paint came off the on the bottom of the posts on the porch so maybe the power washer was too strong.
