The ServPro team that helped with our flooded basement were great; professional, timely, and hard working. We had a huge mess in our basement and they have been so helpful in this process. Matthew and Jasmine deserve recognition for top-notch customer service and customer empathy. I recently had a horrible experience at my apartment and was told that ServPro was the team doing my work. Matthew and Jasmine LISTENED, bent over backwards to help, FOLLOWED UP (after hours even!), and had a solution almost immediately. I, of course, let them know when I found out it was NOT their fault and even then they were super compassionate. While I hope to never need them, I would 1000% hire the Olathe/Lenexa team! Also, thanks to the owner for returning my call quickly during this fiasco!!

SERVPRO came to our rescue when our washing machine malfunctioned and water was pouring through our ceiling. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. ALL the team members (Austin, Adonay, Eric, and Matt) were fabulous to work with! We were very lucky to have a dedicated and hardworking group of people helping us during our crisis. Highly recommend!

Our house had complete smoke damage on both floors from a protein based smoke. It left an oily residue on everything we owned.
Called ServPro and from that very point I knew we were in goods hands. The administrative staff processed all my information and established a good working relationship with my USAA insurance representative. They arrived the day after the smoke damage. The team lead was Matt and he is a true professional.
His team evaluated the damage and then developed a step by step plan to bring the entire house, all our belongings to include all textiles, and started the coordination for us to be housed in a safe place during the total restoration process.
Matt laid out the entire plan for us and was very patient with us as we started to grasp the immensity of the task. Matt put us at ease by his take charge attitude and the quality of his team’s work. I was informed of each phase completion of the restoration plan and had the opportunity to inspect the work, before the next phase started. He coordinated all work done by subcontractors to ensure high quality of work.
When the reclamation plan was completed I was very pleased with the attention to detail that was very evident by the quality of work that was done.

Allan and Adonay were amazing. What was supposed to be a 1-day fix turned out to be a 5 day project and they made sure that it was done right!! They continued to make sure we were in the loop and made sure we were satisfied with the great work they did. They cleaned a 37 foot carpeted wall in the church!!

Nick, Bryce, Dorian, Bryant and Techs were all amazing. They communicated throughout the entire process without us and did a wonderful job working with our insurance company as well. Highly recommend ServPro. This is the second time we’ve used them and both times they’ve been excellent.

Daniel, Allan, and Erik were all great to work with. They did a great job of taking care of everything we needed, were polite, and made sure to answer all of our questions. The team who came in and did the initial clean up and demo of the ceiling and bathroom we needed to have worked on did a great job and were super clean.

Daniel came to assess the work and explained everything that would be done. He kept in touch about every update and came by to check on the progress a few times. Kevin B and Adonay did the remediation and they were super professional and *fast*. They packed up everything in the area and left my kitchen spotless at the end of the day. They kept me in the loop during their demolition, and they were quick when using loud tools. I am super pleased with the whole experience.

I had a small kitchen fire in my house. Fortunately it was very minor and only resulted in some minor smoke and soot damage to the range and the woodwork above the range.

I called ServPro to come give me an assessment of the damage. Michael was out to the house within 24 hours. He was very professional, walked me through the damage he saw and exactly what was going to be needed to get it cleaned up like it never happened. His team member Jennifer was out the next day to get the clean up completed. Jennifer was friendly, professional and thorough. She got the range and the wood worked cleaned within a few hours and it really was like it never happened! I highly recommend ServPro! And thank you to Michael and Jennifer for the work that they did getting our kitchen back to normal!

Contacted Servpro about a leak with unknown origin that had led to our basement having issues with mold. Not only did they efficiently and effectively remove the mold, but they also were able to identify the source and make recommendations for next steps. All of the the team was great to work with, including Jessica, Kevin, and Jesus. They were very responsive and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

SERVPRO has the most fantastic, detail-oriented, & respectful teams members I have ever had in my home of 32 years. Beginning with the Field Manager, Jessica Truitt, who has been so gracious & invaluable in the restoration of my home.
For three days in a row, her team worked tirelessly with amazing perseverance, to clean my townhome from top to bottom, after a
gas fire.
Each & everyone of them showed up promptly at 9:00 AM, impeccably dressed in Team Attire. They displayed incredible work ethic, all while being very careful while moving artwork, lamps, furniture & a million other fragile items.
Every day, they left my home spotless, with everything in its proper place. I was simply astonished. I felt as though they were family after their tasks were complete.

Jessica (PM), Daniel Rodriguez (RS), Quinton, Joseph and Jesus Prez were so friendly, kind with rapid response time. They showed up and were ready to work to get all the damaged areas cleaned and dried up. Would definitely recommend to anyone who finds themselves in a water damage situation.

For what is a very stressful time for a homeowner, SERVPRO has come in and offered some peace of mind with their water mitigation process. From the beginning, I've had a positive experience with Daniel who familiarized me with each step of the project and is readily available for any questions. Adonay and Erick who completed the actual mitigation were also a great team! Communication was exceptional throughout the day, even letting me know when they were taking lunch. I never had to wonder what was going on and Adonay was very patient when I had questions. I highly recommend this SERVPRO team.

You must have sent me the best crew that you have! Albert and Sam were friendly, respectful of me and my property and professional! Very hard workers. They got the demo and mitigation done in such a way I could probably eat off the floor! And they kept me informed from start to finish. These young men show pride in their work and a strong work ethic. I was actually sad to see them go. And my dog liked and trusted them which is saying a lot! Matt was my first point of contact and was super helpful in talking through the process of what I needed done. He was very kind and transparent with the entire process, including what we could expect from filing a claim through our insurance company. Kevin and Kevin came to our house and did a fantastic job with our clean up. They answered every question I had and didn’t blink an eye when I said I had come up with yet another question. Not to mention we feel our home is safe from bacteria/mold and they got our house smelling so much better again. Every person who came out to check the moisture levels of our walls, pick up equipment, etc. was so helpful and made a very unfortunate event so much easier.

Contacted ServPro for water remediation and drywall reconstruction at my worksite after an instrument water line broke over the weekend and flooded a good portion of the building. The team was quick to come that Monday and remove the water, very communicative the whole time. The reconstruction team did just as good a job, super quick and worked around everything the best they could. Overall a great experience.

The service we received by the professionals from ServPro was fantastic. Albert & Jesus A did a great job with the job we needed done & did an excellent job communicating a few changes as the work progressed. Plus the house was left neat & clean and smelled fresh. Great job by Allyssa, Lindsay, and Luz. These ladies worked tirelessly day after day to clean up after kitchen fire. They cleaned entire house removing ash and smoke damage to walls, floors, and ceilings. They were so kind and polite and industrious!. I hate to see them go, they were so nice. So nice to have them here. The cats and I will miss them. THANK YOU ALL!
