I booked online over the weekend and had a repair man arrive at 9 am Monday! He was efficient, cleaned up thoroughly when finished, and let me know the cost of my repair would go toward a replacement cost if the ice maker has any further problems. He also guaranteed the work for a year! I’m very pleased!

Nathan, the technician from Mr Appliance, was extremely professional and pleasant! I called them for cleaning my dryer vent. He explained every he did and when it would need serviced again. It was easy to schedule and they kept contact with me on when he would arrive. I will definitely use them again for work on any appliance and highly recommend them!

Cody was on time, very knowledgeable and friendly! The issue with my dryer was fixed on the first visit and it is back to running smoothly. Online scheduling was a breeze and the communication was perfect. Cody explained what caused my issue and fixed it up right.

Came in did the job. Did it well. Eric was my tech. He was professional, courteous and well mannered. He was knowledgeable and put it in terms i understood. Give that man a raise. If anything just because he exhibited a level of professionalism that used to be considered common but sadly no longer is.

My Dryer just stopped working. Turned out we had a storm and it must have knocked the dryer out. While he was here he cleaned the lint vent. Very respectful and professional.

They were very professional on the phone and in person, and fixed the problem promptly, once they arrived, however they were an hour and a half late for the 8:30am scheduled appt. I suggest calling the day prior to an appt to confirm the date and time.

We've had them out a couple different times to fix different issues. Both times they have been here they did an amazing job & the service man were both awesome as well! Thanks again!
