I called them up due to no heat since late the night before. Furnace kept kicking on and off and kept locking out. The tech fixed issues with loose wires on my thermostat. Found a couple matters with the furnace itself. He also pointed out my humidifier wasn’t even hooked up a long with the filter issue.

Highly recommend them as they got to my house in less than 30 and resolved the issue. Will be keeping them on file for now on.

He shows up promptly and is always so friendly and relaxed as he sets about repairing the problem. 50 year old house can have lots of problems, but it is very comforting to know my cooling and heating system is going to be handled correctly and efficiently and quickly when I call.

Came in a Saturday. Did a thorough check of the system, fixed the issue and went through a great explanation of what he did and what was going on with the system.

We use Heart of America at both of our shops. They are responsive and do a great job keeping us warm all winter. As an automotive shop, it can get pretty uncomfortable in the winter with the bay doors opening and closing. Ernie and his team keep us warm and comfortable so that our business can keep running smoothly. Highly recommend!

All of the company, from the receptionists to the workers to the owners were friendly, helpful, and flexible, and the units they installed have made an incredible difference in our home. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to have HVAC work completed.

We love the faster service then other companies we dealt with in the past.
My wife is seriously ill and they have always been way up and beyond at a fair price. They are worth a lot more, but do not tell them, they may want to charge more next time.

They provided excellent service, even called to see if they could come early to beat the impending rain. Both men were very respectful and finished the repairs earlier then expected. Nathan took time to show me what was broken and explain the repairs that were needed. I would definitely recommend this company.
