One of their drivers almost hit me this morning at around 8:30am. I had a green arrow to turn left onto Lackman from the highway and they decided to just go anyways from the other side by QT and then block traffic because they couldn’t get over into the lane I was in. How embarrassing to drive like that in your company vehicle. I’m so tired of these drivers around here!

This company left my basement in pristine condition after the mold removal service. Jace was pleasant and professional, giving me thorough information and keeping me informed about scheduling and progress reports.

If you want help with clean out, do not bother calling. I needed trash removal and cleanout of boxes, old clothes, etc. from basement. They charged $75 to assess and then wanted $120/hour to basically breakdown boxes and carry things out to a dumpster that would cost an additional $400. The fee was assessed daily so if it only took a day, I was still to pay for 2 full days. THEN... they would determine any additional cost to clean the floors and walls (concrete). There was no water damage ... just junk in a 25’ x 30’ basement. I asked if it could be reassessed and no one responded. Maybe OK if insurance company is paying but a ripoff either way.

I have worked with Sage Restoration for several years now and they are the best. It's not often you find folks that care about their customers like Sage and do the job right, on-time, and deliver what they promise.

These are terrible people, they manipulate & use their "employees". They used me for 6+ years. I helped make them alot of money and when I asked for the hand shake deal, that we had for years, to be put in writing they tried to use my personal life against me. The whole time they said they were my friends and family they plotted to push me out. I'd like to speak to their attorney ASAP.

The first 2 times I used their service they were terrific! Derrick was the bob diggigy! Derrick was extremely respectful and supportive and had a lot a compassion for my person issues. I give them a 5+ for both of those moves!!!!! This last time in June 2017 was the worst experience. The men they sent were terrible. But overall the company did effectively resolve this last move.

We had a water leak in one of the bedrooms. Sage did a fantastic job in carefully removing the cabinet and crown molding - saved us a lot of money. I highly recommend its service.

These guys were great! Josh/Peair/Nick did a great job. Very helpful and considerate our personal items that were a loss. Cleaned everything up and they all had great customer service, very respectful of out home. Very polite. We would highly recommend.

Had some water damage in the kitchen and laundry room from the washing machine flooding. They came out and removed the kitchen floors and inspected the walls. Ty was awesome and kept us informed about what they were doing and explaining the process. The team was very respectful of the property and other appliances that needed to be moved. They would call before showing up and showed up on time.

We recently had water damage because of a clogged drain pipe. Sage Restoration came out the same day to remove the ceiling and carpet that was ruined. Friendly, fast service. I would recommend you give Sage a call to help you recover from any damage you have to your home from unforeseen disasters.

Fantastic company, could not of asked for better service. We were understandably stressed because our tub had overflowed soaked through the floor it was basically raining in the garage downstairs. They were super cool about it, were always on time, And got the job done with great professionalism and thoroughness. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
