I had a very negative experience unloading at this location.

One of the forklift operators had a terrible attitude toward drivers — very rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. He didn’t explain anything and made the whole unloading process unnecessarily difficult.

I’ve delivered to Home Depot many times before, and usually the staff is great. That’s why this experience was especially disappointing.

Management should really pay attention to who they have representing the company at this location. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire business.

Drivers — be aware, service here can be very unprofessional depending on who you deal with.

Beautiful flowers and resonable prices.

They had what I needed and it was easy to find.

Good selection early in the season so more to add in the coming weeks.

They greet you (if you're fortunate enough)in a very robotic manor.

No body there to find what I was looking for or they didn't know where the drain spouts where in garden area.

Bobby was delightful and such a great help had a blast picking out flowers today need more awesome friendy customer sevice his sales techniques are spot on this is coming from an ex retail manager . Suggested extra items and we bought also lured me to higher price beautiful plants that i would have never considered. Do something nice for this young man he's a keeper.

no help from the help desk employees, one girl with glasses was extremely unpleasant. after about 20 minutes of looking at the smallest bags of soil inside and frozen bags of soil outside, as i was about to leave i found they had a section of soil and plants hidden away. was able to find a 25QT bag of indoor potting soil for $10. there are only two options to choose from in that size, but it’s available (it’s in the center of the front of the store).
