AJ, Clint, Jesse, Brian, and Kevin were all great to work with. They got the work done well and were very communicative. They made me feel confident that our house will be ok.

My husband and I bought appliances from Home Depot during their Presidents Sale Feb 2024. Their installation people cracked the water line going to the dishwasher unknown to us. We ran dishwasher as we were told along with the other 3 pieces of appliances. 2 days later my husband went to the basement to his wood shop. Heard a continuous dripping went through out the basement and the back half was flooded and the sub floor was soaked and water running down the walls. Called Home Depot the gave us a claim number to their insurance Sedgwick is a joke we followed everything the woman told us to do and even called a plus mitigation into our home. They ripped everything out which caused us more problems the owner of this company is nothing outside of a rip off artist, rude and yells at you and refuses to give you or your insurance the proper paperwork needed. Seven months of HELL!! dealing with this all the while we were having to do dishes in our bathroom and a lot of expensive fast food and anxiety meds. I called our homeowners insurance Allstate awesome company they took control of everything. They called in 1st Call Disater with in ONE MONTH I had the most wonderful and amazing respectful young men come through my home and put it back together within 5 days, flooring, cabinets etc. We work 3rd shift and were able to actually sleep with not having to worry about anything. Kyle you and Derrick and Jeremy and Barb along with Salvador and his father in law. Where by far the most caring, professional, kind hearted and respectful young men. My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with your professionalism and down to earth attitude approach. The Best of the Best. Thank you ALL for going the extra mile and making my home GREAT AGAIN…Your work is beautiful. The ladies in the Front Office are Great Also. Where do I even start. Kyle, Zach, Jeremy, Edward, Rae Jean- they all have been WONDERFUL. This has been the best experience we've ever had with a company for our home and I can't recommend enough. All 5 of them were beyond kind, very fast at the work, answered all questions we had, made sure we were satisfied and felt comfortable with next steps. They explained the process each time they were out and what to expect next, etc. These guys work very hard and I want to be sure they are noticed for this hard work. Thank you guys and thank you 1st Call for taking care of our claim and making things new again! We will call In the future for all needs and be sure to recommend to others!

Me and my husband were really impressed with how professional , on time, courteous and how great of a job Aaron, Clint and Kevin did! They were fast at getting rid of mold we had and making sure everything was cleaned up and dry.They took care of everything and put my mind at ease.I would highly recommend these guys as they are very hard workers and will get the job done!

I recently ran into an issue with a water leak and the 1st Call team did an outstanding job of helping me understand the potential source but also assist me with the remediation process. First call was sent to us by our insurance company, and we worked primarily with Aaron. Great experience! Aaron came out to look at our basement water issue almost immediately despite having a large number of other jobs due to bad weather. He kindly worked with us to find the best solution for our issue, keeping in mind our financial constraints, and then knocked out the job by himself in an afternoon!

We reached out to them in May to come get and estimate on roofing repair so we can send to the insurance company. They took 2 weeks to get to our house. they claim that they will provide in estimate and send to insurance within 48 hours. It actually took them another 2 weeks (it would have taken longer i i hadn’t bugged them). when they submitted the claim, they didn’t even have sufficient evidence or detail so then after weeks of waiting they sent another worker to do the estimate AGAIN. This other worker claimed that this would be a priority due to the poor service that was provided. This was not the case at all, every time I called they were busy or at another client site. This has lasted months. We are at the end of august, and they finally sent a claim that got approved. They still didn’t reach out to us. The only time I would get a response for them is when I would call. And after all this they decided not to fix our roof. My moms claim has been open since May, yet they are constantly taking new clients without prioritizing a client that has been waiting since May. HORRIBLE service, do not use them unless you are on waiting MONTHS for a roof repair.

Update- the owner said in his reply to this that they got a full roof replacement approved in his reply. That is not true at all. Additionally when we got another roofing company to come check it out they found out that in their estimate for repairs, they had put the wrong material AND when the second worker came to inspect, he actually made even more damage to the roof. With this new roofing company, they sent someone over in a matter of a few days, had an estimate ready for us the next day and have already scheduled the repair. Let’s compare that to this disaster of a company where we have been waiting for 4 months. This company will only try to get your whole roof replaced or else they won’t care to fix it. They are just chasing big ticket items. One way you know that is the case is that they didn’t even bother to put replacing a damaged gutter in the claim even though it was evident. They went to the house and just tried to get to roof replaced. I recommend using Deer Park Roofing you will get 10x better customer services than this company. To this day the owner still hasn’t called me from here even though I requested it.

We can't say enough good things about 1st Call Disaster Services. They explained every step of the process, great communication, fast response time. Aron, Jesse, Jeremy, and Zach were so professional and left our business spotless after our water break. I would highly recommend them.

Aaron along with his team... Kevin, AJ and Ethan were amazing to work with! They came out immediately after we found some water damage in our home. Aaron spoke to insurance so we didn't have to and handled everything for us! Even partnered up with Arlinghaus for the plumbing. Very understanding, quick and helpful through the whole process! Couldn't ask for a better experience!

The team 1st call sent out was great! Clint and his team AJ, Brennan, CJ, and Jeremy got our basement cleared out and dried as fast as possible. They were also very diligent with frequent dry checks to make sure the basement dried properly!

Two days before we were due to leave for vacation, a water line broke in a main floor bathroom, flooding that area, before pouring through the floor and caving in the ceiling to the family room underneath. The hardwood floors were under standing water, as well as destroyed carpet and furniture. We called our insurance company, and within an hour or so, 1st Call showed up. Aaron was immediately reassuring and calming as he and his team went to work. They were quick, quiet, and made it all look easy and nothing to worry about as they began to clear the wreckage. We gained so much trust in them that we left for vacation as planned, confident they would take care of everything. They scheduled a walk through with the insurance adjuster, and completed that while we were enjoying our vacation. When we returned 10 days later, the chaos was gone, the house was dried out, part of the carpet and walls were taken out and made ready for reconstruction. I had some concerns for the hardwood floor. I called Aaron, and again, he was there immediately, calming and reassuring. He made a phone call, and Gavin and his team showed up and stuck with me until the problem was resolved. He even showed up on a Sunday to check on the equipment. We highly recommend this company. I found them very trustworthy, honest, and ethical in their time with us. So thank you Aaron, Clint, A.J., Zac, Gavin and Kyle for being there during this trying time, and doing whatever needed to be done. Thank you Melissa and Regina for your calming voices when I called the office on more than one occasion, and talked me through the process. Our hot water heater fractured leaving 50 gallons of water in our carpeted basement. Aaron and Jesse came out and handled set up and clean up very efficiently and were kind and professional. Additionally Clint, AJ and Ethan helped to mitigate further water damage. They were all mindful of my work schedule too. Later, Sam and Ariana lovingly packed up our belongings and moved them out to a pod in the driveway so the abatement could commence. I would definitely recommend 1st call disaster services to friends and family.

We had the misfortune of having our sliding door shattered. Our insurance company called on First Call, and Clint and Kevin came out on a dark December evening to secure our door and give us some peace of mind. Super competent and very kind, they did a superior job.

Had a pipe break in an upstairs bathroom leading to a bunch of water damage and I’m glad I called 1st Call Disaster Services. Chris was able to come out right away to give an estimate and get the ball rolling on mitigation and plumbing work. Ethan and AJ did a great job with the mitigation. They got everything cleaned up quickly, were very professional, thorough, and also very helpful in coordinating with insurance which took a ton of stress off me. Thank you!

They were here within 3 hours (it was night time) CLINT came out and did a FANTASTIC JOB. He was polite and professional and the floor looked bone dry when he left. He came the next day to check the fans. We were extremely happy with his work and would highly recommend CLINT and his company any time. FIVE STARS!

I can’t give enough praise to this team. Barb, Jeremy, and Derrick were kind, professional, and on-time every day. My walls and ceilings look great. They even took special care to ensure the bathroom accessories were put back in place. Had a water line break at my home recently and was directed towards this company through my home owner's insurance. I received a call within 45 minutes from 1st Call (was told up to an hour for call back) and they immediately assessed whether the line was still leaking water. I had shut off the water to my house, so they said transferred me to someone who dispatches the crews. I was told they were on a job and I would be next. I received a call about 30 minutes later informing me they were on the way and would be there within 40 minutes. They arrived in 30. They did a walk through with me, and did an extremely thorough assessment of the damaged and explained everything they found and what they were going to do very well. They asked me a lot of questions regarding how I wanted to proceed with certain repairs and followed through with those wishes. There were many visits over the last 12 days, checking and rechecking moisture levels, and eventually with demo of the areas that could not be saved. The whole crew was extremely professional and courteous the entire encounter and have been very good at keeping my up to date of what the next phase of the plan was and what to expect next. The team I had was Clint, Ethan, AJ, and Aaron. My family and I are very thankful for this team and for the company helping us through this rough patch. I have requested 1st Call to handle the remodel as well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs fast, profesonal help with any type of emergency issues with a house or building.

I can not say enough great things about First Call! They were recommended to us by DuPont Plumbing (Gavin and Ricky) after a backup into our basement and they responded quickly! Aaron came out first to assess the damage, and he and Kevin worked together to give us a very fair estimate! The next morning, Aaron showed up with Clint and Ethan and they did a phenomenal job of cleaning up and then they set up equipment to run for the next couple of days to dry everything out. They even took out the trash we had in the bathroom from my husband pulling drywall down before they got there! I was very very happy with what they did! Two days later Aaron and Clint came back to make sure everything was dry (which it was!) and pick up the equipment. This isn’t the first time we’ve had water in the basement and last time it happened we had a different company come out and it was a terrible experience…this time, with First Call, we were very pleasantly surprised with the difference in treatment, not only to the house, but with how concerned that we were stress free Aaron was! He went above and beyond, and while I hope we’ve solved the water issue and we never need a restoration company again, I know who I’ll be calling in the event that we do! Thank you guys so so much!
