Had a fire pit installed and they did a great job and was so impressed with the final product

I gave giving Ammon-Jones Landscape 2 starts only because the design and plant selection was pretty. My husband and I paid a premium to have them do our landscaping do to the impressive sales pitch. The design and plant selection was beautiful; however, the execution was sloppy and they cut so many corners. The attention to detail was nonexistent and they refused to rectify mistakes after payment. Dave was incredibly rude and condescending when we did our walk through. Plants were planted unevenly, they mulched over sod so we have grass still coming through the mulch and they didn’t remove any of our old landscaping fabric. We gave them multiple opportunities to make things right to no avail. If you do use this company HOLD PAYMENT until things are exactly how you want them.

Very unprofessional workers! I was turning onto Winston Ave in Latonia when they decided to change lanes into the lane I was coming out in and then blew the horn at me! They were cussing and flipping me off. They then drove along side me to pass and flipped me off again and calling me names and actually started throwing pebbles and dirt out the window of the truck to come back and hit my vehicle! I couldn’t believe someone would act like that and even more so in a work truck. They should be fired! When I got home I called to report them but just got voicemail, which I did leave a message explaining what happened! I guess the owner doesn’t care because I never got a call back.

We explained what we wanted to Dave in very general way and he took that and drew up a unique and creative landscape design. I love the detail that went into the stone and gravel colors that tie everything into our house. These guys had a lot of challenges with the hill that our house sits on and Mother Nature but honestly they tackled it all with a positive attitude and got the job done. Kenny was our foreman and always took time to talk to me when I’d come out and check progress. He explained everything he was doing each day, which really meant a lot to me because landscaping is something I knew nothing about! The whole crew was polite and professional. They cleaned up every day when they were finished. Removed any debris from the street. Already looking into another project with them for the Spring.
