My mom has called them and they will not come out here and fix our pipes and put in a new sink and fix the leak under the bathtub and they are always putting us on the waiting list and I am tired of waiting.

Called to arrange an appointment to clear out clogged pipes. Told me they'd call me back later in the afternoon as they were undermanned.

The phone was answered when I called. I was told when they would be at my house. Very pleasant and professional. I was very pleased with their repair on my water heater.

Above and beyond what I was expecting, they found my problem, fixed my problem and then fixed what should have been done from the beginning insuring the problem shouldn't come back! They will always be my first call now!

Great company called them 2 weeks ago after no show called them back said they would be out on Friday it's a week later still a no show

Anderson plumbing came by and replaced my water heater. They were very nice and professional, even walked me through if I had any more problems. Such a great group of people.

One year old water heater - pilot wouldn't light. Anderson came out and lit the pilot. Repairman disconnected a small line and blew in it. Said might have been debris. He left said it was fine. Water heater stopped a couple hours after he left. Called them back admittedly on a Saturday. Said they cant come back until next Wednesday. I was told to call manufacturer for warranty or buy a new water heater. I feel like I was burned for a service call, and they wouldn't even come back to help me out. I'm done with these people.

My family met with the owner Duncan who came out and made a bad situation into a solution to a problem. Duncan was very professional and his crew came out next day and completed a job that had been lingering for several weeks. We appreciate this type of service and will recommend them to others.
