Very nice to work with and did a good job!

Steven facilitated an emergent carpet tear out and replacement after a devastating plumbing problem. I attribute the air quality of my home to the quick helpful action taken by all of Henson's employees.

One of the best selections of options for tile in the area. They were very friendly when we visited looking at options. Sales rep made a good effort trying to match our vision to reality. We haven't yet committed to anything so I can't speak to their installation service.

Hannah was very patient with us. She took the time to help us pick out the best possible option of flooring for our budget and need. She also is willing to work around our schedule to get product installed. So far it has been the best flooring experience we have had in this remodel project on our home.

Trey and Steven were very helpful with carpet choice and installation. After looking at other places (which didn't seem very interested in getting a job), was very pleased with the speed the installation was scheduled and completed. Prices were very fair and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality work done quickly!

This business treated me very unfairly by not returning my entire deposit on flooring. I ordered almost $6,000 in carpet and vinyl planks. I paid almost $3,000 as a down payment. Our signed and approved contract on a house we were going to buy was canceled because a succession had to be done. Therefore, we no longer had a house to install this flooring. When I requested a refund of my deposit, Henson kept $500 for special ordering fees. Be careful when ordering from this company. I do not recommend this company.

Excellence is the goal and Hensons achieved it! From the designs of Amanda and the work of Dustin and Juan satisfaction was above and beyond. From selection to finished product the process was quick! I highly recommend them for showers, tile , and carpet as well as recommending quality contractors to complete the job!

Fantastic place to do business! We came in with a specific flooring budget in mind and were immediately shown all of the options in our price range without being pressured into more. Amanda was great at explaining all of the features of the floors and the pricing options. Customer service is a 10/10. Plus they sell a lot more than floors! I would recommend that anyone in the area to go to Henson’s.

I just got to work with Hanson’s to replace some unwanted carpet in my dream home. Amanda and Melody were super helpful and I was put with the Best Crew of guys headed up by Jason who were top notch-professional, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and tidy, and did a bang up job of replacing the old carpet with vinyl plank! I was absolutely thrilled with their work, and would definitely recommend and use them again if the need arose!! There’s a reason they have been in business so many decades-good customer service and product doesn’t lie!! Thank you Henson’s!! Well done 😁👍🏻!!

Excellent product and installation. Great crew and results. I highly recommend these guys to everyone. The carpet is perfect for our mock courtroom! The sales and service was excellent. Support local companies- it matters!

Amanda was very helpful in picking out my carpet. The guys were professional and moved my furniture properly. My new carpet looks flawless! It did take a bit longer than estimated. They could probably manage expectations better in this regard, but great overall. I felt like the price was fair.

Absolutely LOVE our new floors!

We were needing something to hold up better to water, kids messes, and animals. Amanda was so helpful in picking out the perfect tile for me and Trey was always happy to drop off and pick up samples so that we could see them in our actual home, but without us having to make multiple trips to and from the store.

Amanda and Trey both kept me informed throughout the whole process and were very easy to get ahold of when I had any questions.

The crews they sent out from day 1 demo to the end of installation were also great. They were very respectful and I never saw anyone just standing around… they worked the entire time they were here! They were also so appreciative for any little drinks, snacks, or food I brought them and they made sure to clean up after each day as much as possible (which was nice for the sake of my kiddos and animals).

Overall great experience!
