Good service, only complaint is they don't give you a day or time they're coming until they call you to tell you when they're available. It should be the other way around.

They have always done a good job for me: From fixing leaks to fitting faucets, they are clean and competent. They can be very busy, so you may not get immediate service.

Do not expect them to fix your issue OR show up on time OR call if they will be late. Used them twice. BOTH times they have not shown up for several days and BOTH times they did not fix the issue. So, why did I use them a second time? I rent and the landlord uses them.

Canceled order for repair on a rental property, but the order was not canceled despite me being assured it would be. They came out anyway and did a repair. The tenant was confused, thinking I️ canceled the order, but they did the job anyway. The bill is $106 for fixing a small leak that I️ no longer needed them to fix. Never again will I️ use them. We have used them solely for our plumbing needs for years on all our properties but will never again.

These guys do excellent work! Everyone on their team is easy to work with, courteous and responsive. I would call them again.

We added on a detached garage with bathroom, shower and hot water. They came on short notice and got it done. They even did a few extra things for us while they were here.
