I had a nightmare situation happen with the ancient sewer line to my house. Not only did Carl come up with a reasonable ($) solution, he dropped everything and came to the rescue when ANOTHER huge problem came up. He's an honest, hard working man who does great work. He made my awful situation so much easier to deal with. Thank you Carl and crew!

Jill cleared my drains and checked and rechecked to be sure everything was working properly. The cost was not an issue. It only took her a hour. I am pleased!

Today on the section of interstate that crosses over Poydras, a white van with the West Plumbing Company logo was seen driving extremely erratically during peak rush hour. He was honking and flicking off other drivers while putting their lives at risk. Not a good look for the company to have this man driving around with their logo. I would never want a man like that in my house. I wish I could have got the plate tag but I figured it best to avoid an altercation with a crazy man.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! DO NOT USE!!!! They came to my house to replace a pipe at my house in Gretna and left all the dirt in the front of my house .
When I called them to ask about the up-to come clean the dirt they left in the front of my house the lady I spoke with was very rude and pretty much insulted my intelligence. BE WARE , DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THEM! There are plenty of other companies

Have used West Plumbling numerous times over the last 20 years. Unclogging drains, installing new drainage under driveway, video inspection, and just recently installing a tankless water heater. Always have done an excellent job. Would highly recommend.
