Awesome professional service

This is usually my one-stop shop for my gardening needs.

Waited 28 minutes for my pickup of groceries. Probably would have waited longer if I didn't stop someone and ask about it

2nd attempt to pick up online order. Park in spot #8, check-in, wait, wait, wait.... Other people drive up, wait, wait, wait.... They are never served, drive off. I call the store, get voicemail. Wait more. Wait. Still no service. Call again, get voice mail, leave a message. Wait another 5-10 minutes, give up. See other people drive up and wait, wait, wait. Cancel order and leave. Other cars still waiting. Never going to bother with this broken system again.

Spoke to the owner three days prior to return two plants and he said ok, brought it back and the lady accused me of taking it out of the pot and she refused to give me a refund. Total scam and rude to people. Stay away

A beautiful place. All of the plants I saw were completely disease-free. The staff were very knowledgeable. I trusted doing business w/them. Great place. Too bad it's not a public retail business. This would make a far better alternative to Lowe's and Walmart for plants. But, alas, they mostly provide medium to large scale landscaping services. Not being generally open to the public is the only reason for my 4 out of 5 star rating. The public would LOVE this place!

Mario and his guys are the best in the game. We did a gut Reno of a house with a large yard uptown - and every inch of landscape was done by Mario and his guys. Timely, measured perfectly, manicured, and truly professional. I can’t recommend Creative garden and landscaping highly enough.
