Called to fix a leak under my foundation guy came out and decided it was a bad leak and he would need another guy. Plumber told me the lady from the office would call me after he left to set up an appointment for him and another guy to come out and fix it. Never got a call from the lady had to call the next morning only for her to act surprised I needed more and said she would get someone out the same day; she calls back an hour or so later and says it will be the next day. Now my water has been running for 3 days under my foundation when it should have already been fixed if they would have been more on top of things.

Called these people five days consecutively left three messages with actual people and two messages on the answering machine. Never got a callback never got any correspondence at all. Contacted them on messenger after I had spoke to someone on the phone and they told me their phones were down. I had literally just got off the phone with them. Ended up having to buy a completely different brand tankless water heater just so I could get it installed because they are the ones who have the account with the previous tankless water heater.. Beyond frustrating to expect a business to act like a business and they do the opposite.

Response: Business says I never gave them my number. I did twice. Asked them to call me. They didn’t. I called the business 3 times. Facebook messenger was the ONLY way to get in touch with the company as they were not responding to myself or neighbors any other way. Please note it has been 12 days of no hot water. Not 12 hours.

DSLD unfortunately contracted with this company forcing hundreds of people to be stuck with little options than to use them. In a time of crisis, they did not answer the phone, return phone calls, call back when there was correspondence saying they would. We waited for parts to be in only for them to possibly not even have them come time. They didn’t show, didn’t call, didn’t update. We spent over 10 days with broken parts waiting for them and trying to get ahold and work with them. Multiple neighbors had the same experience. I’ve never seen a company so lazy with little compassion for their clients. It’s very much get their contract, get their money and they are done. In the end, we will have to buy completely new systems just to work with a better company. It’s the least we can do for ourselves and the future home owner.

Came and fixed the plumbing for our kitchen sink.They were very friendly and professional, working in a timely manner. Fair priced as well. will call Whitlocks for our future plumbing needs and definitely recommend to others looking for quality plumbers.

We used Whitlock for a newly constructed log cabin They have been courteous and professional from the rough in to final trim out. They have also been patient with me while wait for other phases of construction to be completed before conducting their work. Unexpectedly, they put the handles on the refrigerator during final trim out. This was not necessary to the operation of the water/ice dispenser. Great job. Definitely use them again.
