He is professional, reliable, and very importantly, it was very easy to communicate with him: he either answered his phone right away, or promptly called back whenever he would not pick up. Post Hurricane Ida work is often difficult when reaching out to a company that you don't know nor have anyone to give you a recommendation. I reached out to Kwik Service in need of electrical work after the storm and they were able to get me fixed up in a week. The work he did was fantastic!

The Gentleman I worked with was professional, kind, and understanding in a time when we are all stressed out. He was helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and made great recommendations for long term solutions as opposed to "just a quick fix". He touts the company as being a small operation so that they can focus on the customer and that hits the nail on the head for their service.

Never had an electrician show up so fast and work so thoroughly to diagnose a problem when our washing machine stopped getting power - even showed up on the weekend!

Kevin responded quickly to my message. He scheduled the work as early as possible in this post Hurricane Ida environment (4 days). He told me exactly to expect and that's exactly what happened (rare these days). The work was done quickly and clean. Other than the new box, you would never know they were here. Very professional and polite. I will call them if I need electrical work done again.

Reliable service, they installed a new exhaust fan with light in bathroom ceiling. Also fixed three electrical outlets that had some issues. Great professional work!

I've been coming to Notoco for several years. Most of my interactions have been with their supply department (as opposed to the lighting showroom), but working with them has been a consistently positive experience. If you need electrical supplies or large quantities of specialty bulbs this is the place to come. They're generally well stocked, well staffed, and I've rarely had to wait long for my items to be pulled. Most of the time I'm in and out in 10-15 minutes.

Purchased a Power Mark Gold breaker panel. Paid $144 I came home and realized it did not the main breaker. Tried to return it. They declined. Very sneaky.
