Chris and Nicole are fantastic! Not only are they reliable and highly competent, but they are lovely folks as well. We have been very happy with their service - my pool went from black lagoon to crystal clear in less than a week. Highly recommend!

After fighting with aging pool equipment for over a year that we inherited with our house, Chris saved my sanity. Month after month of spending on chemicals, brushing, cleaning, vacuuming and we still lived with an embarrassing swamp in our backyard. He advised on new equipment, installed it all in a few hours, and by the next day the pool was clear. The replacement equipment has kept our pool looking great with minimal effort. Now we're making memories where once I could only look at with frustration and disgust. Honest, fair pricing, great communication and expertise - I can't recommend Octopools enough.

I recently purchased a house with a pool and was referred to Octopools for cleaning and chemical maintenance. They have been absolutely amazing to work with and very thorough. Having never owned a pool, I had many questions initially about maintenance and the workings of my pool system. Chris and his team at Octopools have always been very responsive at all times of the day, even helping me troubleshoot problems with my water pump, heater, and losing my AirPods in the Pool skimmer! My pool looks immaculate every time they come to clean and the water chemistry has been perfect. They are a great service and I highly recommend them!

It has been a long road to find Chris and Nicole. My first pool company stopped doing business in New Orleans after Katrina and I've been searching ever since! Something about the pool business - none of the service companies know anything about customer service. But now I found Octopools! After a problem install of a new motor with no help from the last tech, I texted Nicole who responded immediately. Chris came by a couple of days later, gave me a quote and came back a few days after that to fix my issues. I think I may be on the road to recovery from my pool tech PTSD!

Chris and Nicole really helped us out of a pickle when we had lots of construction debris fall into our pool and really muck up our new equipment. I had suspected this was why my equipment wasn’t functioning properly and they were able to come in, pinpoint the issue and get us back up and running quickly. Thanks guys! Great work!
