I regret using this group. I had an estimate the night before I accepted for $400 more big mistake not going with The brothers that do gutters. I would have kept my old gutter system If I knew what I was getting into. The new ones along with gutter guard were literally thrown up in 4hr on a 3000sq ft 1 story home with many gutter channels. The gutter guard installed damaged my first layer of shingles stuffed about 3" under as if my home was a dump in 9th ward. They did come to reconcile the gutter work removing gutter guard yet attempting to justify correct install yet all video showed otherwise and attempt was made to repair cracked shingles but winded up putting a tear in adjacent shingle. My previous gutters aesthetically looked and functioned much better Anyway go with the MB slogan IYKYK for a few hundred dollars more go with a 5star company

Brehm's was very personable and reasonable. The gutters we ordered were up in less than two hours and look/work great. There was a leak in one corner but they returned and fixed it promtly.

We hired Brehms to do our gutters on a new build in Metairie. Bobby arrived at 10am as scheduled on 11/1 to do the estimate. Very knowledgeable and helpful on downspout placement. He scheduled my work for 11/10 and as promised Brehms showed up to do the gutter install. Great work, great crew, family business and would recommend Brehms to anyone interested in gutters or repairs.

First off, I have nothing but amazing things to say about Brehm's. I was blown away by the job they did completing the gutters on my new home. Bobby and his team were very transparent from the beginning and delivered everything as promised. The crew members were very professional, clean and detailed. Honestly, there's nothing more I could of asked for. Definitely give Brehm's a call if you want the best gutter specialists in town!

Brehm's did an all-around awesome job on my new gutters! Rochelle was very responsive, always getting back to me within a few hours or less. They worked with my schedule to schedule a day and time. Bobby and his crew were very professional and they did top-quality work! Working on 40ft ladders in 90 degree heat didn't seem to bother them. I was very impressed! And they were relatively quick. The gutters look great, I can't wait for it to rain!

Bobby, the owner’s brother, will come out to do the estimate, but you will never see or hear from this person again. Who they send out are incompetent and unprofessional individuals that argue, smoke, and damage your property.

I reached out several times and finally had the owner and another one of his workers come out to perform any necessary fixes. The owner and his coworker made a scene arguing with each other throughout their time on my property, it was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness and deal with.

At this point, there was little rain, so I only saw a few of the issues with the installation. The workmanship was so bad, the gutter end cap leaks because it was installed wrong, but of course, now that I paid them in full, they will not answer my calls.

I regret not using JL Remodeling again for my gutter services.

Now I have to pay someone else for expertise in fixing what these people installed.

I just want to add, beware of the positive reviews. Just after my review, one popped up from an unknown user, possibly fake review from the company to counter my review.

I hope they do better electrical work than they drive. Like others have stated, some of these techs (probably the same guy) drives very recklessly and should not be allowed to possess a drivers license.

James is very professional and knowledgeable about the work the company does. He came out to my home and looked at the project, give me a very reasonable estimate which I agreed too. He contacted his team and was back at my home within a hour... they worked hard into the nightfall but determined to get the job completed....and they did complete the job before the rain...Awesome company that I would highly recommend and give them 5 stars for exceptional service...I’m very satisfied 💯💯

James and Bruce came to help us out with some electrical wiring issues. Both were pleasant to work with. James explained to me the underlying issues with the current wiring and what was required to remedy these items answering all my questions. They also were proactive in finding solutions instead of just pointing out problems.

As a woman, it’s sometimes a challenge to find electricians/contractors/plumbers who don’t talk down to me or who are more comfortable speaking to a man, James and Bruce were a refreshing change.

They also stayed true to the price they originally quoted even though they were at my house for almost 6 hours - much longer than they probably anticipated.

I’ll definitely be using them again and recommend them.

James replied quickly to my home advisor request and come to home in Barataria the next day to fix my hot water heater. He is a very courteous and pleasant manured person. He fixed my hot water heater in little time. I was very pleased with the labor , response time and price for his services. when my hot water heater needs to be replaced, I am sure going to call Prime Solutions LLC to get the job done.
