Technician was good but the owner was very unprofessional by getting on the phone and asking me questions about previous owners/ technicians transactions and they were not paid when we made payments to one known owner. Do you think if there was a balance someone would not have come and asked for it? Seriously. They know exactly where we’re at and how to get in touch with us.
Sorry you may be a great AC guy in the market but not a great way to do business.

Byron was very professional and did a great job of breaking down the issues and expressing each potential charge before they were accepted.

After dealing with another company in the past, and overpaying for repairs, I was dreading having to completely replace my entire system. Huge shout out to Merritt Heating & Air, LLC for getting my unit up and running after hours! 30 minutes after the call.... the tech was at the house. 15 minutes later.... cooling like winter breeze! There was no way in hell I was staying in this house with a 5 year old and no air overnight feeling like a pot roast in the oven!! Good to know we have reliable help on the Westside!

Called for a repair, but ended up needing more than expected. Went with a complete new system end to end. Logan came out, discussed all options, and gave me a quote. Him and his crew did an all day full install of every part of my system 5 days later, after getting my system up enough to get me through the weekend. Will not hesitate to call with any future needs! When I searched dependable AC and Heating companies near my location. Two suggestions populated. The other company couldn’t send an AC technician for several days. But when I contacted Merritt Heating and Air the representative who answered was very helpful and scheduled her o/c repairman-Hunter, who came and provided efficient service. Informing me step by step on every service he provided. I want to Thank the team at Merritt Heating and Air. If it had not been for their expedient service, my daughter and grandkids would’ve had to brave the 90+ degree temperatures in their home. I am one relieved grandma. A Happy Mother’s Day It Is!!

Beyond satisfied with the service provided by Merritt. They were quick in diagnosing the issue and setting me up with a quote. My old unit coils were leaking bad and was a le to get me a completely new air handler for a very fair price.
They showed up promptly and within a few hours had it up and running and cleaned up behind themselves.

Highly recommend and will definitely be only using them in the future.
