The day of a hail storm my neighbor and I called Total to remove tree limbs, massive trash piles and broken plants in my yard and also remove a large broken limb high up a tree that could do great damage if it fell. The ncxt day a crew from Total took care of everything. I was pleased with all parts of their work.

I had a Bad experience with total lawn care at the apartment complex that I live at here in Shreveport Louisiana on July 14, 2020. I had just gotten back from a day out from the Beauty Salon and the Grocery store and they were outside cutting n weed eating at the side walk at my walk way so I sit in my car until they finish with the blowing of dirt n grass. I asked one of the worker if he could blow the grass off the side walk so I could take my groceries into my apartment without all the grass underneath my shoes in track in my apartment. He told me one moment n then walk off n didn't come back. A little COMMON COURTESY from the worker would had been Nice. Not to dismiss me like l wasn't asking him anything are that it wasn't relevant to his job, only all the grass he put there. I know they have a Job to Do, I understand that, I Pay to Live here also. Could they please show a little common courtesy to ones that Live here also Please. Thank You

We sold our house at the beginning of May so I canceled service. We had a bill for $60+ go through June 23. My husband called them and they told him that it was the bill for May.
I called twice to make sure it was cancelled and they still charged us.

Great service and fair prices. They took on my yard and the neighbor's and quickly fit them into the schedule. Their owner always answers calls or messages in a timely manner. The crew has always been careful with my yard and also have worked extra hard during the fall to keep yard debris in check. Best service I've had. Thank you!!
