Apparently does not service St Charles Parish even though their website says they do. Sad.

Canceled the day of the appointment and never called to reschedule.

Many thanks to your great technician, he is very quick to address appliance problems! He analyzed the issue and took care of the problem efficiently! Will definitely use again if needed!

They Cancelled the appointment at the last minute and didn't notify me if the cancelation.... I had to call them to see where was the technician, they told me he had an emergency and didn't know when he was gonna return back to work..

No other place comes close. All around excellent.

They do not come out when scheduled to do so. I have been waiting for a month to have the oven in my school cafeteria fixed. A month! I have attached a picture of all of the technician arrival changes. And this for a school!

Called for repair on a 30 quart mixer which was skipping in one of the gears. We have had this mixer since 1994 and we are told by the manager that we are mixing too much dough for the mixer we have. 27 years after we purchased it and have never had a problem with it until the last 2 months. This was our second repair in the last 2 months. Today’s repair cost $500 to have someone not repair anything. You guys have lost a long time customer, 27 years. You’ve sent repairmen out here with no training who were watching YouTube videos. Good luck but I won’t be calling again, I’ll fix it myself.
