this after closeing warranty process has been pure hell . if I could have taken away stars I would have , do not purchase a home with them . believe every negative thing you have heard and more .I will be adding pictures . these houses are literally being thrown together and my yard still isn't finished. look elsewhere, we've only been in the home 2 weeks and have had electricity issues , concrete issues , celling board issues and SOD STILL ISNT FINISHED

I am a new homeowner in Miraval. I purchased my home with Cera Blackburn and Tasia Hebert, the process was very smooth. I love my new neighborhood and my neighbors. It's really a fun place. I am glad that I selected this neighborhood.

I would like to personally extend my appreciation and thanks to you all for responding to my work orders in an efficient and timely manner. My garage door was replaced, sod was planted, air was serviced, deadbolt locks were replaced, and the tub stopper was repaired. You all made me feel very special as if I was your only customer. I understand you guys may be very busy trying to get other houses built and working on other warranty requests, but I never felt rushed or like my requests weren’t important. I want to let you all know that this goes a long way. I appreciate the phone updates and text messages from you all. I was highly impressed that some of the issues were addressed and fixed the same day.

Had the pleasure of taking a look at a few homes from Christina, and everything she presented fitted a lot of what I was looking for! She was truly knowledgeable, of what the houses setup was like, as well as final products having warranties that would last a long period of time, adaptable, with me walking in and taking into account what I was looking for, and really kind in showing me what there was to offer! Definitely take the time with her, as she does an outstanding job! Thank you again!

We moved in on 1 of June this year. We love our new house. It is spacious, comes with appliances. I still have butterflies. Every day when I wake up and walk to the kitchen. And I so love to sit on my patio. It is so quit. I am only a short distance away from the community pool. And Driving to Zachary takes you 15 minutes. Where you find every thing you need. And the master bed room , bath room and not to forget my giant walking closet room. I feel like a Star😁 it s a smart home. You have to come and visit the office to find out, what all this means. And my husband loves his double garage. , And the security is high standard. Is it perfect ? Certainly not. But my Vendor Clark and the maintenance team from DR Horton . And we say thanks to René and John are competent and diligent . Dan is also always available. And just like Clark always there. to help you with any question. So i would say , come to Miraval, visite the office. We have no regrets we ❤️ our new home.
