Very rude. The lady answering the phones needs to slow her roll at let the customer explain the reason for calling. Nope never again. This place is 3 minutes from my house. I'll make the 15 mile trip to Boston rouge.

Thurston Watts installed my AC system in my home when it was built 5 years ago. I always had a high electrical bills but assumed it just came with having a larger home. However in 2018 the bill started going even higher and I figured out one of my units was running all the time. After several calls I finally got Watts to come look at the units and one was found low on Freon so more was put in along with dye and I was told to call them back in a few months to locate the leak. I called them back starting two months later and after another full month of calling them once or twice a week and realizing they just was not going to make time to come back and I was forced to call someone else. The other company I called (that came the very next day) once they started looking at the system found numerous issues (and they showed me these issues each step of the way). They found about 6 small leaks in the coil on the one that was loosing Freon, ordered a replacement on warranty and changed it. They also found that unit had been installed with the incorrect size pistons from day one (likely because the system was not commissioned correctly). They also found damaged shrouds on all the three units from careless handling of the previous repairman and they found one section of shroud installed upside down and incorrectly not sealing at all. They found my mini-split system I have in my shop to have been installed in a fashion that it had added components that was not needed, along with a lot of unnecessary cost. I had called Watts so many times to come back they told me the last time I called not to worry, they would call me when they had a repairman free. That was over 3 weeks ago and nothing from them but silence. At this point I think it is necessary to put this review out there for others looking for a good AC repairman that they would be much better off looking elsewhere.

Very receptive to same day a/c check when unit not cooling. Very nice repairman and good attitude.

The AC drain pan was overflowing. They cleared the blockage and cleaned the area. No further leaks occurred. Professional and tidy service.

I scheduled a preventive maintenance visit. The technician was thorough and explained what needed attention. Everything works perfectly now.

Well, I had to edit my review. I had given them a good review before, but things have changed. The last time Jason and his guys were here, he overcharged me $160. I got with him when I saw it post to my account. He assured me he was sorry and would refund me the $160. After weeks and weeks of me texting him and him telling me that he forgot and he was really busy, I have given up.

Hughes mechanical I give them five stars and A+ in service Chris Fab and Zack and Jonathan and carg top notch AC guys everybody is so friendly from the owner of the company to the receptionist when I call them out they will be there from AC problem to heating problem I have called Travis and Colby and Chris Hughes out many times and I can't not thank them enough for excellent work I highly recommend them to all my friends and coworker's 👍
