Sippel Electric provided me with outstanding service. The appointment was scheduled promptly, and started on time. The servicemen were effective and efficient! All good!

I contacted Sippel Electric to schedule an appointment to install 2 outlets in our kitchen, 1 outlet in my basement bathroom and install a light fixture in the kitchen. 2 techs came to our house to install the light fixture in the kitchen, 2 outlets in my kitchen and 1 outlet in the basement bathroom. I told the tech that I did not want the 2 outlets installed in my kitchen the way the techs suggested. The tech said he would contact Brian. Brian came to my house and provided suggestions how they could install the electrical outlets in my kitchen. Jerry and 2 techs returned to install the 2 outlets in the kitchen and update the outlet in our basement bathroom. The crew did outstanding work.

Sippel Electric have also performed other electrical work in our house. I always speak with Mrs. Beverly who is professional and courtesy. I have also spoken with Brian, Jerry and the other techs. They are all professional and courtesy.

Sippel electric is a straightforward electrical company located in Fullerton that provides quality work at a good value. They are easy to work-with, and their crews are down-to-earth, knowledgeable and polite. I can see why they have been around for a long time. I highly recommended Sippel for all your electrical needs.

I would highly recommend Casper G. Sippel Electric company, they were the only electrical company to respond right away and came out the very next day after a bad storm damaged our house, a tree had fallen and had completely ripped out the electrical box from the back of the house. They worked as a team with BG&E to fix the electrical damage, both inside and outside the house. Great company to work with.

I used Sipple Electric to upgrade my home in Fullerton many years ago. I used them in my new home to do the same thing. Even though ownership has changed, I received the same great service.

I called for help when kitchen appliances stopped working. A circuit breaker needed to be replaced. As usual, the response was quick and priced fairly. I have called on Sipple over the years for whole house wiring (with two properties I once owned) as well as for all the smaller issues. I have always felt confident that service would be good and fair. And it definitely helps that personnel are pleasant.

Provided professional installation of my recess lights, outlets, switches, bathroom exhaust fan during my bedroom/bathroom addition. Price was fair and I had more then 3 estimates. Will use this company again!

A person came to the house to give an estimate and to examine the criteria of installing a chandelier. It took a while to get the follow-up of that estimate and then book an appointment. Two electricians removed the chandelier in place and then announced that the wiring was illegal and that they couldn't/wouldn't put it back up, nor could they hang the new chandelier as requested. The whole experience was a total fiasco. We were all extremely frustrated. At one point an electrician and I were standing together and I began to ask him a question and he cut me off with, "Why are you talking while I am thinking?" I called in about his rudeness and was told he wouldn't have said that. Although nothing was accomplished I still had to pay the $350. estimate. Afterward I paid another electrician to repair the chandelier to be installed and to hang it too. For all that I had to pay more than what I paid Sipple.

I would never hire this company again!!!!! The invoice I received was not even close to what I was quoted and when I called to question the charges which were not itemized, Brian was extremely rude, arrogant, and demeaning to me. It was the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my lifetime!!!

This is the complete story. I called for a quote to replace two ceiling fans and to install a new dimmer switch and spoke with Brian. I had purchased both ceiling fans thinking that both of them needed to be replaced. Technicians Kevin and Ryan arrived and were extremely professional and honest men. Kevin looked at the ceiling fan in the kitchen and tightened a screw. The kitchen ceiling fan was fixed in less than 1 minute so therefore I was excited about returning the newly purchased ceiling fan and not having to pay for the labor to install a fan that I did not need. What an honest company I was thinking....
Kevin and Ryan then installed the dining room fan, dimmer and then left. Minutes after the technicians left I tested the fan and realized that the fan was not completely flush with my ceiling therefore causing the light fixtures to rattle. I immediately called the company and Beverly contacted them to return and fix the problem. They returned soon after and fixed the problem.
An invoice arrived a few days later for $275.00. The invoice was actually $65.00 more than the quote for two fans being installed. The company had installed one fan and simply tightened a screw on another fixture. The call to resolve what I considered a totally unreasonable invoice was extremely upsetting to me.
I was also made to feel that it was my responsibility to pay for the return visit of the technicians to fix a job that was not done correctly in the first place. I was also accused of purposely trying to get electrical work for nothing. My integrity was questioned and I found that statement totally insulting and therefore I decided to write this review.

Does great work would definitely use there services again

Highly recommended. I had Sippel electric install a new panel and do some other work at my home. I actually got their information from another family member who had referred them to me and I’m glad I did. Brian came out to my house at the designated time, gave a real and very reasonable quote, and the crew did outstanding work. Sippel electric is a straightforward (no upselling insurance etc.) local Baltimore company that provides quality work at a good value. And they are easy to work-with, and their crews are down-to-earth, knowledgeable and polite; it’s understandable that they have been around for such a long time. Since then, I have had them do another small job at the house, as well as a large basement renovation project, and I most certainly will rely on Sippel for any electrical work in the future.
