I would strongly recommend this company for any issues that you may have. Very effective and professional!!!! It didn't take long at all to access the problem. The highest is 5 stars if it was more I would give a 10!!!!

The tech came out and diagnosed the problem within three or four days. They claim the ordered the part it took another two weeks for the part to come in. They called me at 7:30 in the morning saying they wanted to be there at 8:00 which I accommodated them when they showed up the tech had no clue how to install the part I had to help him a little bit says he's never put one on a newer unit and was going to submit a claim to have the total oven replaced as he did not know what he was doing. So apparently it got referred to another company and now I have another appointment a week later and it'll be a month with no oven all because they don't know what they're doing. Would not recommend them to anybody and not sure why they are trying to fix appliances that they do not know how to install replacement parts on very frustrating as you might imagine.

Badeji did a fantastic job working with us on a recent dishwasher replacement with Cinch. Very responsive and kind. Did a great installation.

BADEJI was the technician. Professional and knowledgeable. I called for service for a dryer that just quit working. Mr Badeji replaced a sensor and the dryer is now working. Yay! So....After calling three companies in the pass year and none of them could fix a loud noise when I started my dryer, I just happen to mentioned this to Mr. BADEJI and I could see he was working on that problem too. Who does that? A good company. Well..he fixed that too. I am so happy with the service I just received. My go to company from now on. Thank you so much! I wish you nothing but the

My tech was Badeji and he was awesome. He communicated well. Showed up on time with parts fixed, My ice maker that had been broken for 4 months because my previous technician from a different company ghosted me after taking my money of course.
I would highly recommend this company and specifically Badeji. I will definitely call them again if I have any other appliance related issues. If you have something that's not working, don't hesitate to call them!!!
