I was not a prior customer of this company when my furnace stopped working during extreme cold 2 days after Christmas but that didn't stop them from coming to our rescue. They responded immediately and professionally. They charged a very fair price for replacing the blower motor. Mr. Carrington returned my call for help and technician Logan was prompt and quickly had our situation resolved. It's good to know there are still company's like this around! Thank you Carrington's!

Trey, the technician, was wonderful. We had a poorly functioning AC. Trey took the time to explain to me what he was testing and looking for, and what the fixes he recommended would do. He evaluated the entire system top to bottom, he didn't just overfill with refrigerant. Turns out although our system is approaching 15 years old, all it needed was refrigerant and the compressor coils to be cleaned. He explained and showed me all the temperature differentials from the evaporator and compressor (I think I'm getting that right) and made me feel like he was fixing the problem without selling me things I did not need. Based on my experience, when we do need a new system, I'll be sure to come to Carrington.

Carrington's was great to work with! Their pricing was extremely reasonable, communication was great, and the job was done perfectly at the end of the day. They were able to get out to us to replace a failing AC Compressor and associated air handler within a couple of weeks of the initial quote, during the hottest part of the summer. I'd recommend Carrington's to anyone that needs HVAC work completed.

Carrington’s installed a new furnace and water heater 6 years ago and have been excellent to work with. A neighbors HVAC company accidentally cut our lines and Carrington’s made two trips to help us free of charge. Service like this is hard to find.
