Appreciate all simple consideration, very flexible company about fee. For the tech, jerry is a good tech very polite he knows what he doing easy to please. Keep it up.. not everyone have financial to cover up on the stop of problem. Overall happy customer! Very recommended.

Hot water heater began leaking and needed replacement. I had fans and dehumidifiers in my basement before EOD. The next morning a plumber was over to install a new unit. The unit was installed in less than two hours. I’ve never had a plumbing service respond to one of my calls so quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has any sort of plumbing needs.

Roto Rooter promised between 8-10 am, they came around 11. When the plumber, Mr Pau, came he looked at my stopped up sink and quoted me $812 to which I agreed. So he began work. At the end of 2 hrs Mr Pau told me he could not unclog the drain with the snake and it would require replacing the pipe. Which he could do for $2500. I thanked him for his efforts but I declined further service. Because he could not fix the problem, Mr Pay did not charge me for his visit. Mr Pau was diligent in his approach to the problem for which I commend him. And I thanked him.

Thanks again Rotor- Rooter for your service. My technician Mr. Dai was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of the issue I was facing. My house is back in great working condition.

Jerry was awesome. Great communicator and super respectful. We had a whole home water filter installed of which Jerry was very knowledgeable on. He showed us how to replace the filter, and was even able to accommodate our busy schedules via text. Went the extra distance and even used indoor shoes to avoid dragging in dirt into our home. Highly recommend Roto Rooter and Jerry specifically!

Mr. Pau was excellent! Arrived early for an emergency call, and fixed the problem in less than two hours. Definitely going use our local Roto-Rooter again!

Very quick response from time I called and the plumber arrived at my house. He was nice and a pleasure to do business with. The kitchen sink faucet was 20 plus years old and needed to be replaced. The hardware had rusted which made it difficult to remove. Once removed the new faucet was installed quickly. No leaks or issues after installation was completed. Work area was cleaned and job well done. Will definitely use them again for other plumbing work when needed.

Technician Dai from RotorRooter did a great job of explaining the knocking pipe issue i was having in the basement… tied to mis-sizing of toilet flipper. I can handle the fix myself, saving me hundreds. Thanks Kai!

Great service, Dai was very helpful, polite and informative. He provided options for resolving the problem for me to select from, and he was able to fix the leak issue. I had a good experience utilizing this company's service as a first time customer.

Run, dont use them. They will overcharge you and be nasty about it.

Update: if it seems to good to be true it is. I will post more another day.

Here I go:
This company came out asap. The issues come in when the bill comes. They talked to my insurance company and said all is good, its covered. It may be a little off. Well, I owed close to 5k that wasn't covered. After correcting errors the insurance company pointed out, it was down to around 3K.

There were items that had to be thrown out and I asked for pictures and to let me know what they were taking and they didnt. I had just had a hip replacement so I couldn't go downstairs to check on things. I had to look and see what was missing. I probably didnt get it all.

There is nothing but nasty people in the billing department. There was never a discussion, just telling me to bad. You need to pay now. They even threatened to put a lean on my home. Oh and they won't take partial payments. All or nothing.

Oleg and his team were amazing. I was picturing a major project costing a fortune. They were here on a Saturday within an hour of my call. Fixed the problem and now the clean up team is on the way to help with all the damage.

Oleg came and helped me with insurance too. I couldn't be happier.

Paul came out to help us with a terrible smell we thought was coming from our sump pump or pipes. He was here only 5 minutes and diagnosed our problem! We have a back up battery for the pump and the battery was corroded and leaking in the protective box. He offered to fix but we are able to fix this problem ourselves so we thanked him very much for his speedy service and expertise! We will definitely used his company again. Thanks Paul!

Oleg carefully and thoroughly examined my tub and plumbing for leaks. He also examined the downstairs neighbor’s bathroom for leaks and found that there was no wetness in the ceiling there. He was very kind and professional in his work and also provided good explanations for everything he did and what he discovered. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Desmond came out on short notice and gave us a very reasonable price for our drain cleaning job. He comes across as extremely kind, professional, and very, very competent. He solved our problem to our great satisfaction and did it quickly and efficiently. We trust that the problem is solved and will be calling him again for any future plumbing needs.

Dai did a great job clearing a clogged drain line. Everything was completed super fast.

I had a major leak with a toilet and some other plumbing issues. Larry service technician 8517 work tirelessly on all the plumbing problems that I had. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful too!! He cleaned up and also helped carry my heavy towels that I had in a bucket down to the laundry room for they were too heavy for me to carry, and helped me put up plastic over the areas where the ceiling tiles were. I asked him to look at a faucet after he was done the other issues that he was working on and he will be coming back to fix that as well. I highly recommend Larry for any plumbing needs that you may have! I already told some of my friends about his expertise.

Marvin came out within an hour of calling and was able to fix our water heater immediately. The company always does a great job! Would definitely recommend.

Paul and Paul came to my house to clear my kitchen sink. They were prompt and polite. They made sure to inspect the areas attached and snaked the drain. They gave suggestions on how to keep the pipes clean and working well. When they left they made sure their work area was cleaner than before. Def recommend!

I had a water heater issue, and when I contacted Roto-Rooter, two technicians, DAI and PAU, arrived early in the morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced the water heater.
