The two Priddy employees were very knowledgeable and easy to talk with regarding the progress of the work. They were careful with their tools and ladders. Plus thorough clean up at the end of the
day's work. Overall, this was a very pleasant and professional job.

Highly recommend using Priddy Chimney Sweeps. I found them on the Internet and was able to schedule an appointment on their webpage in less than 5 minutes. Got a text from the technician half an hour before his arrival, and he arrived right on time. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Andrey the technician was a certified sweep and not just some seasonal hire. He was polite, professional, fast and very attentive to detail. About 30 minutes later I had an email with an estimate of all recommended work for my fireplace and chimney with pictures included. There was no sales pitch, just a detailed explanation of my options and priorities. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience.

Priddy replaced our fireplace. The design specialist was very familiar with our complex, and was very knowledgeable walking us through the process. Easy to work with and responsive communication. Contractors worked with minimal disruption to walls (and neighbors), kept workspace clean after each day, and were able to reuse our mantle and the surrounding stonework--back to previous state! Pleased with result and would definitely recommend!

I had to get my vent flut connector up to code prior to getting our water heater installed. I called on Friday evening and spoke with Christine and the next day we had the work completed. Christine was professional, honest and down to earth. She answered questions from me and my husband and was patient. She kept me assured and confident. She had a master Mason on deck. Due to covid the two gentlemen wore their mask and were very professional and pleasant. They also cleaned their work up if it was messy. I would recommend them. I can't rate Priddy Chimney Sweeps more highly than 5 stars, but I wish I could. I called them after a bad experience with another company and they were able to come in right away to assess damage, provide a quote and book the work in a few short weeks (would have been faster without Omicrom but this is 2022). Christina managed the entire rebuild of my home's original fireplace, and Joshua swooped in and was able to make our dream fireplace a reality. Check out the photos yourself! Joshua did everything and checked with us on every detail from the way we wanted the hearth stone to lay to the exact cut of the tiles. He even built the custom mantle on-site! And Christina checked in with us frequently, including coming by to check on progress and calling when there were questions we wanted to discuss. It was obvious that her and her crew were in constant communication on our project and it helped make the entire process smooth and fast.

Everyone we worked with was wonderful - scheduling was easy, and the technician was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend the business.

These folks were great! Super fast. Excellent price! (I did have an Angie's list coupon which provided a great discount.) I noticed that my chimney cap had been blown off recently, not sure how long it had been like that. Priddy Chimney had a crew in my area and could do the install SAME DAY! The team was quick, professional, and cleaned up after themselves (unlike some contractors). Quick and easy job for them. Great price for me. I would certainly hire them again!
