Vehicle #237 has a terrible, unsafe driver. Almost hit me on the beltway. Probably a reflection of their services. This was 9/16/23 at 1255p

Driver of their work van was driving very aggressively, darting in and out of traffic and driving in the shoulder to pass vehicles! If employees drive like that, I certainly won't be calling this company to work in my house!

Absolutely filthy behavior by their driver Jamie on the road. Almost wrecked in the back of my truck. Worst management who do not care to call their drivers when they are driving recklessly. Driver needs to be terminated right away. Also called me by racial slurs and brake checked me when leaving a stop light. Management needs to get him under control before he kills someone on the road.

Will NEVER hire or recommend such company for any mechanical job to anyone. Will definitely ask others to stay away from such business.

It has been a pleasure to work with Terry Alan at RJH they are extremely efficient and a pleasure to work with.

Called and kindly asked if they are hiring and if I was calling the right location or extension. Guy was very rude and short with his answers no help at all. I probably wasn’t talking to the right person to begin with but who ever answered the phone was very rude glad they’re not hiring by the way they answer the phone not a company I would wanna work for 👎

The guy i talked to on the phone was very understanding i believe his name was Greg and had jonny out to my restaurant and fixed our walk-in refrigerator

Horrible pricing. Needed a part for a fryer, and they wanted to charge me 4 times more then Amazon. Never would recommend this company. They will rip you off.

This company does not stand behind their work, they don’t call you back when they say they will. They are very expensive! Over 300$ just to come out. Very poor customer service…. And if you look below at they poor reviews the owner doesn’t respond…… but to his friend Brian he sure did because it was a five star review.. just not a good company to do business with.

Came to repair a 7 year old commercial fridge. Upon looking at the unit they said the cost of repairs would be OVER $1000. I said I was going to buy a new one because I already replaced the compressor last year which costs $1,000. The tech said ok and charged me $445 for JUST the diagnosis. Took the tech less than 45 minutes. Way overpriced just to tell me that. I will not use them again.

One of your guys was riding my bumper for miles then proceeded to flick me off at Sweet Air rd. With my 6 year old daughter in car. Sucks this is now bringing down your entire company review.
