We had just moved from Texas. We were in a rush to find a new place called home. The owner helped us secure a home in McLean in a very tough market and then we contracted him renovation of our new home. Within 3.5 months he managed the job with his employees to help us get in our nee home as fast as he could. The result was fabulous. But most importantly, the renovation and all these moves seems very stressful. He made us so smooth. The biggest plus I have seen is his true intentions so all parties are happy at the end and he manages that very well.

I had the best experience with this company. It was truly wonderful. The owner was very reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He remodeled my old home, helped me sell it, and then assisted me in purchasing my new house and remodeling the interior. Everything turned out perfectly, and I am extremely happy with the results. I am grateful to have him not only as a contractor but also as a friend, and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

This is our second time working with this company, they have renovated our kitchen and now basement bathroom. They listen to our requests accurately and work meticulously!

We recently completed a full kitchen renovation with DATIS Construction, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Our kitchen was the original from over 40 years ago and had started to develop functional issues on top of being outdated. The project required a complete demolition and redoing of the old kitchen and butler’s area (flooring, ceilings, cabinets, appliances, ...).

Going into this renovation, we were somewhat worried having heard other friends' experiences throughout their kitchen renovations with their GCs. But working with DATIS, and with Pooyan in particular, we didn't really have any issues. From day one, he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and engaged in every stage of the process. While we came in with a general idea of what we wanted, he guided us through design and planning and helped us arrive at a final design that aligned perfectly with how we wanted the kitchen to look and function.

Throughout construction, Pooyan and his team were meticulous in their attention to detail. Even when delays arose from outside vendors, he handled everything smoothly, keeping the project moving without adding any worry on our end.

The end result has been absolutely stunning, the house feels like a newly built house now that the kitchen has been transformed. What we expected to be a stressful renovation ended up being one of the smoothest projects we’ve ever done. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose DATIS and highly recommend working with them.

Choosing to work with DATIS Construction company for our primary bathroom remodel was the best decision we made. Their professionalism and attention to details are second to none. They spend time listening to our needs and learn about our vision and were flexible to make changes when we requested it. They were on time everyday and worked overtime to deliver what they promised. What impressed me most about Case was that they started when they said they'd start and they finished right on time. This, along with the progress that was evident daily, made the three weeks without a kitchen less unbearable. The final result was just as rendered or better. We enjoy it daily. Everything was top notch. Shaun and Bill (the crew) were very polite and careful to leave the work area clean at the end of each day. They were compliant with the Covid-19 protocols. The design and management crews were awesome as well.

As expected, since I've used Case's handyman division in the past, the full renovation with Case's team is superb! Plus, the great insights and 'hand-holding' we got from our Project Manager, Tom Craze, were very helpful and appreciated.

Dan the master plumber arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problems we have been having and solved them quickly at far less cost than we had anticipated. Another great example of Case Design/Fred service.

It's been over two years now since Case Design designed and built a sunny extension to the south side of our home, and my wife still remarks from time to time, "Have I told you lately how much I love this addition?" It is our "go to" place to relax after dinner with a glass of wine, and a book ... or a movie ... (or a camera when the wild life is performing on the other side of the windows). The upgraded kitchen draws raves from visiting friends and the upgraded bathroom usually gets a "Wow" or a "Go look at the bathroom, dear."

Our architect, Matt, did a fabulous job of seemlessly tying the new space into the existing structure. Chuck, our structural engineer and day-to-day liaison cleverly addressed the quirks that our existing house revealed as its coverings were removed. George, our project manager, kept all the different contractors scheduled with precision. John, our lead carpenter rendered the drawings into wood, glass, and stone and was a pleasure to interact with. My wife asked, "Can we keep him around when the addition is done?" John was also very gracious about our beagle when he routinely found her head in his lunch pail.

Kudos also to the foundation builders (Paul could probably stack crystal with his earth mover) and to the roofers and siders who worked on some of the coldest days of that snowmaggedon winter. Chris worked side by side with John and then built our whole deck by himself after the house was done (and the snow was gone).

When everything was finished, The addition that Matt designed looked like it had been built as part of the original house (except that everything was new, shiny, and functional).

Case cost a bit more than other routes we might have taken, but it was worth every penny. We will probably call on them again when we are ready for our next project.

I used a big box store to help me with my renovation of my kitchen. This was a mistake... after seeing everything a company could do wrong, I discovered Case.

I've had them finish my garage, and basement, redo a bathroom and put an addition on the house. Carpenter Chris has great instincts to handle unexpected things behind walls. I don't have to double check on the work & they guarantee if anything goes wrong with the work they do, to fix it. If you're tempted to go to the local big box store, prepare that you'll have to be the foreman of the job.
