I had to change my review from 2 to 5 stars! The owner answered my concern as soon as he realized there was a problem. Min Showed up earlier than I was told which I REALLY appreciate! He was wonderful. He was able to fix my heater in no time. Way to turn things around =). I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

These folks are efficient, effective, punctual, honest, professionals who provided great service quickly. I have an old unit nearing the end of its useful life. They confirmed my belief that the unit was low on freon and got it up and running. When i do change the unit, I will go to them.

Unfortunately, our sewer line had to be replaced, but these guys made the whole process easy and were much cheaper than the quote I got from Roto-Router. I interacted with five or six different employees and all of them were incredibly professional. Also, they took the time to answer all my questions. These guys will be my plumbers for as long as we live in Rockville!

My experience was definitely positive. Luis the plumber was punctual. I even requested a phone call before arriving which he did. He was very professional and efficient. He cleaned up his mess as well. The work done was definitely by an experienced plumber !

This is by far, the worst company I have EVER dealt with in terms of HVAC servicing and I am totally perplexed that they have 28 5 star reviews here!!

Initially called in to get my units serviced and confirmed the price prior to proceeding with profile and appointment. On the day of service I called 30min towards the end of the window time provided to inquire what time the technician would arrived. After being put on hold, I was informed that he had an emergency and was not going to make it- mind you, I had taken time off work to have this addressed. The nonchalant apology and we’ll have to reschedule response was unbelievable. The lack of professionalism here blew my mind as if a technician can take it upon himself to cancel a service and not inform his office so they can follow up with the client speaks volumes about how they run things.

Since I wanted to have the service completed despite this hiccup (giving them another chance) I rescheduled it for Tuesday. I got a call on Monday noting that a tech was in the neighborhood and could arrive in the next hour. I was excited because I was home and I did not need to take off work the next day. With Covid happening, I called to confirm that the tech would be wearing a mask, gloves and shoe covers- also asked that they prep area around units to prevent dirt and debris all over (standard).

Tracy(sp) who noted was the manager got back on the phone and in fact told me that the price provided was low (based on info from the tech) and she was not going to honor it and if I wanted then I can cancel!!! Whaaat?!? I did my due diligence by initially squaring the cost information out prior to confirming the service and now they were going to cancel if I did not accept the new cost? Don’t they review their tickets daily to make sure no errors were made and also the techs work orders daily to know what service is being done and costs alight- why did it take 3 weeks and after me - the client calling to confirm service for them to be in the know? Her attitude as a manager left a lot to be desired and not taking responsibility for their teams error left a lot to be desired. I was so frustrated that I decided to cancel the service as I do not want to work with a company like this, who within the last 2 weeks have been hard to deal with on something that they are supposed to be professionals on!!! Left a distaste and hopefully the owner can change how his company is run!!!

I’ve used Fairland three times and not once have I been disappointed. Their technicians are great, always very responsive and always on time. Very honest, never try to up sell, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend you give them a try - you will not be disappointed. Excellent company.

Pipes over 50 years old with multiple leaks, and hardest of all, the plumbing was built into very cramped quarters to have to work in, which they did with no grumbling or changing the price due to the difficulty. They even fixed a couple extra things that weren't even part of the estimate. A fantastic job at a great price, I felt lucky to find them and will recommend them heartily.

I experienced excellent service from Fairland Plumbing for replacement of my water heater. Estimate given matched final invoice and all questions were answered.

I had Fairland come to house today bc AC wasnt working. Called yesterday and he arrived at home by 9 am. At 10, he presented a bill for under $200 for parts and labor. He was honest and professional and didn't try to sell us a new unit, even though ours is over 20 years old. I know eventually it will need replacing but appreciate his honesty and exceptional service.

Fairland Plumbing and Heating installed my HVAC today. They were extremely professional from the start. The quote arrived within a day, it was very detailed and spelled out everything they will do. I requested to move the AC to a further out location, which they agreed to without any fuss and no extra cost. The installers arrived on time, they were professional and made sure to cover their feet every time they stepped into the house. They put up with all my requests, even when I changed my mind, and got everything installed perfectly. I had issues with the installation of the thermostat's app, but Min, the owner, kept offering help and support until we got it to work with my phone.
I would probably have them install my hot water heater soon, and I highly recommend them to everyone. Oh, Min is always available by phone, which is another plus. Gili G.
