Emma and Iris (Team #3) are pleasant and faithful in their duties. We are extremely happy with the cleaning of our home that they perform every 4 weeks. During the Covid-19 pandemic they wear their masks and are happy to oblige when we ask them to arrange the order of their cleaning around our Zoom meeting times.

My crew is wonderful. Very polite and respectful of our home. Comes on time and quietly cleans when I am working from home. Kudos to the Cleaning Authority! Have already referred to friends.

We started using The Cleaning Authority's predecessor, Might Maids, roughly 40 years ago, and we are still with them. Mighty Maids changed ownership (now, Steve Katz) and names (from Mighty Maids to The Cleaning Authority) twice over the past 40 years. We have been very happy with the quality of their service, and their pricing. The team (usually two cleaners) come right on time every two weeks, work cheerfully and hard, and leave the house spotless. At our most recent cleaning session, Team 7 did an especially thorough job of vacuuming, cleaning mirrors and knick-knacks, the bathrooms and kitchen, etc. etc. The personnel are friendly. We have never had anything broken by the cleaning crew, and they leave a detailed summary of what special projects they focussed on during the current visit and what the areas of special cleaning will be on the next visit. Since we spend a large chunk of both our summers and winters out-of-state, we reschedule or cancel cleaning sessions more than most people do, but Steve and Besy are always helpful about revising schedules when we need it, and prompt in responding to our emailed or telephoned requests. I have no reservations whatsoever about recommending them.

Over the years we have used many cleaning services. They were all aggravating. Then I found The Cleaning Authority. We have used them now for many years. They are not always perfect but no one is and they come close to perfect each time they come. Anytime there has been even a tiny problem they make it right. We have them come twice a month. We recommend them without reservation.

Our Cleaning Authority team - Lidia and Ana did a great job this past Monday. They found a bracelet and ring that had been missing and left them out for us. We really appreciated that!

Today they sent Iris and Emma to clean my home. Aside from doing a very professional an extraordinary cleaning job their honesty and integrity was very commendable! Approximately two months ago I lost a family crest ring that has been in my family over four generations. It was made when my great-grandfather purchased a 250 acre estate in eastern North Carolina. The ring has our surname in the bottom banner "Fields" and in the shield on the ring it has Roman numerals "CCL" for 250. It's a solid ounce of 18 karat gold but to me it's priceless! First I thought I must have lost it at home and eventually I would find it, but after more than one month I thought it was actually gone! Well today Iris found it and didn't even say a word :)... when I walked back into my cleaned and vacuumed bedroom I saw the ring sitting on the bed! And I couldn't believe it. I called her back upstairs to ask her where she found it and she explained... wow, and of course I gave her and Emma a very nice tip ;)

We just used their service for the first time recently. We were very pleased with the performance of Team 7. They arrived on time and were very detailed and thorough while taking safety precautions related to COVID-19. I highly recommend them.

We are long time customers and appreciate that we have the same team every week. When there's a change, Cleaning Authority calls to inform us of the change . Our cleaners are always on time and conscientious.

Trust is an important factor in any relationship with a service provider. We trust the employees that CA sends to our home.

I gave this company a try based on the reviews. The final outcome made me feel as though I didn’t get what I was told when I booked the one time cleaning. Streaks were left on mirrors or not touched at all, the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen looked as though they hadn’t been touched and they cleaned a room I told them not to enter. The 2 person team was friendly but there was a definite language barrier. The manager was very prompt in returning my call when I notified the office of my disappointment. I just don’t think I can use this company again.

Relatively new customer - I’m very happy with the service. They have carefully planned COVID precautions, our team (#12) is always on time and does a great job. The office staff have been nothing but helpful. Good experience so far!

I have used the Cleaning Authority for years and they never disappoint. Wonderful cleaning teams- conscious, friendly, trustworthy and they do a terrific job. The office folks are extremely friendly as well and very accommodating if I have to switch times, days or type of cleaning.

We had a lot of repairs done to our home. It created a lot of dust everywhere. Cleaning Authority Team 2 did a fantastic job vacuuming rugs and dusting. Our kitchen and bathrooms sparkled when they finished.
