I am revising my post. As I am able to walk on concrete around pool it is rough and kids crying about their feet. Sloppy and not a good finish at all. Nelson and his crew rebuilt a retaining wall after the existing one collapsed. They explained the process well. The job was effortless for me and I have a great looking end product. I highly recommend!

Nelson, Daniel and Luis showed up on time and did a GREAT job! They were professional and cleaned up everything. They removed two large bushes and cut back three and then removed two large limbs from a very large tree in my backyard. Very reasonable and competitive pricing. Really appreciated their hard work! I am very satisfied with the craftsmanship by the team from Budget Landscape. They installed a beautiful patio in my small DC row house backyard. They were skilled at removing the existing concrete slabs from my old patio, redirecting and burying the gutter, and preparing the space with the right pitch. The pavers were all cut well and look very nice and we are happy how the space has transformed. I am very happy with the final patio and recommend them. Nelson also came by in person to do a final walk through with me to make sure everything was in order. I appreciated the personal attention along the way.

Nelson and his team were absolutely 💯 amazing!! What they gave me was more than I could imagine. I got my sump pump drains buried so they were no longer ab eyesore. I got a concrete patio with a firepit and an egress window. All completed within 4 days!!! They were quick, professional, kept me in the loop and just so nice. I will be using their services again!! Several other places turned us down because the job was too difficult, but Nelson knew exactly what to do and he and his crew did an amazing job for a reasonable cost. Preston has been cutting our grass for a few years now, put in some drainage and have done a good job at it all. Very nice folks who could check their email more often ;). I'm reserving the 5th star for when they build the patio we just contracted them to do. No doubt they'll hit 5 stars then!

Good luck with the drivers. Hopefully their employees will be mowing your grass and not your car. Drivers are careless and aggressive.

Great service from Hometown Landscaping! I worked with Stefan on a spring clean up and mulching job. Both Stefan and the service crew were friendly and very professional. The crew did outstanding work for a reasonable price. I will be a returning customer.

Caitlyn is very rude and disrespectful as I requested to speak with the owner as there had been a lack of communication and schedule to complete our project. She told me the owner was too busy although not too busy to take my money. Caitlyn indicated the owner deserved to spend time with his 4 college children (which was not relevant to my request) and was too busy running a business to respond to my request. Hometown could not get their own plumber to do a job so we ended up having our plumber do the work. Landscapers were going to cut corners with downspout work by using tape, which I caught after requesting to see the work and required the work to be redone. Repeatedly requested a schedule from Jeff to complete work and was not provided. What should have been a 2 week project is still unknown as to when it will be finished. Need better project management and communication.

I had several problems and they still have not been resolved, even though I have contacted them several times. I had two different jobs I had them do. Neither one was completely satisfactory. They did finally resolve most of the issues. I believe the problem was more with the employee and not the company itself.
