Our Air Conditioner broke 3 times last summer. It was about 18 years old. The service techs were great every visit, even after hours on a 98° day. We talked with Robert who got us a quote on a new unit and did a really nice job through the whole process quote to install. Last week two technicians came out (Joey G & Mike J) and installed our new unit. They were on time, very neat and clean with all of their tools and equipment, and super nice. They explained everything to us before they left and tested as much as they could (due to cold temps) and said as soon as it warmed up they’d be back out to test to make sure their settings were right. Overall just a smooth process. I searched around and we got a very decent price on the unit. Thanks!!!!

I had my heat pump system replaced and the install team of Derek K. and Brandon Q. and crew from Tri-County Aire did a fantastic job. They got here right on time and went right to work. They were very professional and everything looks great. They did a great job of thoroughly explaining the system and showing me how the thermostats works. Thank you so much for a job well done. Thanks also to Robert for doing a great job explaining my options. I’m very happy with my selection. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC service.

Cody and Rob did a great job installing a replacement air handler and heat pump at my residence. They were very knowledgeable and professional, and were respectful of my property, cleaning up everything before leaving. Cody even came up with an easy solution to a problem with my condensate discharge line that I had been having for years. The system is working well and I am very pleased with it.

Tri-County did a great job replacing our very old Geothermal system. The three technicians - Chris, Brandon, and Cody - were very professional, went above and beyond on the install, and did not stop until everything was complete. We now have properly working heat!

Tyrone came out for summer service today and was great. He showed me that the measurement on my capacitor was low and needed to be replaced. He had a replacement on the truck and installed it quickly. Now my a/c will be ready for the hot summer months ahead!

Tri County Aire recently installed a new inside and outside heat pump unit in our home. We are very pleased. It was a pleasure working with Chris and Chuckie from estimate to install. Their crew was very professional and had everything done in one day and we would definitely recommend them to others. They knew exactly what we needed and didn’t try to up sale us. Thank you!!!

I had an issue with my 2 yr old compressor yesterday. I called this morning and a tech was sent out before lunch. Austin, the technician, was a pleasure to work with. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. It was under warranty and so there wasn’t a charge. Austin spent time answering ALL the questions I had about the filter placement and size. He was polite and professional. He was a pleasure to work with.
I very highly recommend this company.

Even though no one wants to hear the news that their current aging system is slowly failing, we had a wonderful experience with Cody and Robert who installed our new Trane system. They arrived promptly on the scheduled day and took care of everything in about four hours. It was great! Now we have the peace of mind knowing that our new system will run efficiently for years to come under our Tri-County Aire Service agreement!

Just had a new furnace installed to replace our 16 year old one. Great bunch of guys. Very efficient, friendly, and experienced! When they left, there was not the tiniest piece of trash left in sight, either in the room or the driveway! THIS is why we have stayed with Tri-County Aire FOREVER!!!!

I called four companies when our heat pump quit working. Two never responded. One would not come for an estimate until late the next week. BUT, Tri-County Aire cane first thing the next day. They even dispatched a service tech to confirm the old unit was dead. Sent a quote that evening with three options to choose from, and could install the next day.
The two man crew arrived promptly in the morning. Went right to work, did not mess around. Very polite and courteous. Took time to review our requests for the new installation and went the extra mile to address those items.
We had air conditioning by 4:00 PM the same day. Having worked in the mechanical field most of my life, I expected a two day install with multiple technicians thru that process . But, Tri-County Aire surprised me and made a customer for life.

I have lived in my home for 3 years and Tri County Aire is the HVAC company that installed my Trane system. All of my experiences with them have been nothing but pleasant and professional.

A little more than a weak ago, my system was no longer heating my home. Of course after only 3 years of not running this system hard at all, I was quite surprised and disappointed. I alerted TCA and Joyce (very, very wonderful lady!) was able to schedule a technician over to my home the very next day. The technician who arrived and diagnosed my issue subsequently presented me with an invoice which far exceeded what I was expecting. I believe that he did a thourough job and he provided me with his best professional opinion with regards to what he thought was the problem. He was kind and very courteous, and took great care not to mess up anything in my home. I was extremely grateful for that. He was also just a good human being. Joyce was doing her best to soften the blow, with this invoice but her hands were tied and I was advised that I could call Trane due to this being a factory default. The kicker was that I was originally told that it would take 7 to 12 business days to get the part in. Of course all of this happened on a Friday afternoon. The following Monday, I reached out to the Service Manager, Mr. Derek, who promptly arrived at my home the very next day, and was able to rediagnose the problem at a lower cost. I was still not thrilled about shelling out money after only 3 years, but I was slightly relieved at this new outcome. Mr. Derek could have easily kept the same diagnosis and even added on this
"new problem", and I would have been none the wiser. He is clearly a man of honesty, integrity and professionalism, and I could not be more appreciative. Mr. Derek was able to quickly get me scheduled for the very next day. Technician Chris, along with his apprentice, Billy arrived at my home and worked carefully to fix the problem. These two were very professional, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. Chris was very sharp and knew exactly what he was doing. Billy was right on his heels, and I'm sure will be out in the field on his own pretty soon. I truly can't say enough about these two gentlemen, or any other TCA personnel that has ever visited my home. It appears as though TCA does their best to hire quality technicians and human beings.

This is a case where customer service proved to be the most important element, and although money is still coming out of my pocket, it was the customer service experience from everyone involved that put my mind at ease, and verified to me the TCA is a company that I can always trust and feel comfortable with. 🚨Greed...Shortcuts. Unfortunately, after directly having over 10 new Tran high end heat pumps with indoor air handlers installed by Tri-County Aire (in a formal church building and residential buildings), the newest "Tri-County Aire Experience" (TCA) a couple weeks ago could have easily been 5 stars. But because of mainly two factors which represents bad ethical behavior, this rating must be reduced to ONE STAR:
1. AprilAire "programmable thermostat" was written on the quote, with the salesman in full knowledge that my existing AprilAire thermostat was FULLY programmable with multi-day offset programming. The installer REMOVED my older thermostat, then installed the cheapest current AprilAire unit that does NOT have "offsets." And then I had to ask him to give me the operations manual that he had taken outside. After notifying TCA's office and calling them at least 2 times which includes me directly talking to the salesman of my dissatisfaction of the new thermostat and trying to give him a chance to remedy it, the salesman (Robert) told me he would get back to me. After calling the office again, the salesman not only FAILED to get back to me, but TCE FAILED to send me a FULLY PROGRAMABLE Wi-Fi thermostat that ONLY required plug-and-play (no technician involvement whatsoever).
2. I told TCE we wanted to keep the old Tran 14i unit. In addition, the installers (Billy and Cody) were told directly by me that I wanted to keep the old unit for parts. Not only did the installers strip and tear up the old parts, but they hauled ALL the parts that still worked away (including the compressor, capacitors, the entire fan motor ASSEMBLY that worked, etc). They did NOT leave the parts.
💥LESSONS LEARNED💥: Woe be unto you who write and enforce Unrighteous Decrees!
Sadly, Greed & Shortcuts have become a moral and professional evil *Rot* in nation. If Americans would individually and collectively repent and become obedient to our Father, then even after the Rot septic history of horrible work ethics, Abomination-to-God behavior, and making "Unrighteous Decrees" that unjustly burden Americans, including obfuscated quotes, state and Federal laws, and "*TerrorRiffs*" (Tariffs) that profit the stock market rich, then perhaps--just perhaps--our Father will have Mercy & Grace upon our nation and restore it as a collective entity as His Holy Avatar on earth--as He did in WW2.
But can individuals, American corporations and our collective nation do it before God unilaterally decides to throw down a Holy Wrath?

BJ and Lucas came out an assessed and repaired my situation. I was is the dummy who accidentally cut his compressor line with a weed whacker, and within twenty four hours Tri- County sent these two gents out. They were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable repairmen, that resolve my self-induced problem in a very short time! Thank you Guys and Thank Tri-County Aire for the quick turn around on a hot summer day!

Robert Bradburn did an excellent job with the contract and scheduling. The Guys arrived on the day of install at the appointed time did an excellent job of removing the old units and installing the new ones. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a HVAC installed. I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Ted and Tri-County Aire. Long story short - my wife has long term health issues and can not handle the heat. In the middle of summer (July 2025) our outdoor unit stopped working. To move her healthcare products and equipment would be a massive undertaking. Ted with Tri-County Aire made it out same day. Now I'm sure they can't always do this as times get busy. But they did it for us. I am so grateful for the fast response, kindness, and attention to detail shown by Ted. Also a massive shout out to our coordinator/scheduler who got the call out to Ted. Also our hero!! When it's time to replace our unit - I will be reaching out to Tri-County Aire!
