The Neat Nest has been helping me make my McMansion a home for more than six years. A friend recommended The Neat Nest In an “emergency” situation. I found April and Tony to be highly responsive to my needs and cleaning requirements: my husband spends a lot of time in hotel rooms and he likes our home to be very neat which is fine so long as I can find someone to clean like that.
I have recommended The Near Nest to friends and they have subsequently become long term clients. I have gotten spoiled. The Near Nest teams take pride in leaving little decorator touches as they clean. Toilet paper is folded and the end is folded in a chevron. Flowers on the table are arranged and displayed. Special requests are met within insurance parameters. Over the years I have had a couple different teams responsible for cleaning my home. I have been pleased with everyone April and Tony have trained. I have never had an issue of an item going missing. Regardless of who is on my team, my home sparkles when The Neat Nest team leaves.

The Neat Neat has been cleaning my home for over nearly 10 years. If ever I need them out on a moments notice they always accommodate with a smile! They always do an excellent job, and I love my team!

I am quite disappointed with this company, April's very nice but she has too much going on and she is all over the place trying to keep up with appointments. I can not tell you how many times her girls forgot about us and she always had an excuse or she was away and forgot but she was always kind in her apologies. April needs to find someone to assist her with scheduling because she can not keep track, they do a cool job but my husband decided to find a company that is more reliable and accommodating.

As a real estate professional, I need to be able to confidently refer my clients to someone I know will be reliable, professional, high performing, and trustworthy. April and the team at Neat Nest are all that and more! The quality of their work is top-notch and you can tell this family-run business truly cares about the experience had by their customers. If you don’t have neat nest tackling your housecleaning needs, quite frankly, you’re an idiot!

The Neat Nest Maids is an absolutely non responsive company. I visited their Clarksville office three times over four days and is never open. Their office building appears more like a store room from the window than a commercial office. Left multiple messages and never a call back to include phone and email. Giving a one star rating to Neat Nest Maids is being nice.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with their services and impressed by the attention to detail that this company provides. They also use green cleaning products and it smells nice and fresh. Eric sent an estimate with a detailed description of the service to be provided. He was not present on-site during the service execution; only his team members were shown. Despite this, the team did a great job and were patient with my questioning and overview during project execution. I recommend it.
