I don’t know how to recommend this company enough. I could not have been more clueless about this whole process. Everyone I dealt with has been professional and have no problem explaining anything when I was not sure about process or what needed to be done. The work they do is outstanding and while we are still in the process to reach completion, I could not be happier with the outcome, detail to work and work ethic that I have witnessed.

Amazing and quick service. Needed help with a last minute inspection to finish the closing on my house and Mike Jr. was able to come out and take care of it the day after I called. He was super polite and walked around doing the inspection in the pouring rain with no complaints at all. I highly recommend this company!

This company is AMAZING! I’m really big on service and these guys exceeded my expectations. My house caught on fire in December and I chose them out of 3 contractors because they were the only ones who took the time to pick up some of the debris outside the property when they came to do the estimate. This was a very stressful time and they made the process smooth and seamless. They held my hand every step of the way and displayed the utmost level of professionalism. Even though we were in the midst of the pandemic they never used it as an excuse as to why something was not getting done. They made things happened and wrapped up on schedule. The owner Mike Sr. is the absolute best and his crew is phenomenal! I can actually and truthfully say I LOVED these guys. I’ve never had a better experience. And to boot....my house turned out beautifully. Thank you so much guys!

When they came to paint, they made a mess of the area, put work items on our bed, and mismatched colors. They did come back out to fix their mistakes. The repairs they did on our roof did not last and can be spotted from afar. They have used improper methods to seal the roof. And not even a month after sending in final payment, the same leaks are back due to cracking of sealant they used. I have emailed, texted, and called but they refuse to respond after I sent in final payment. I have given more than enough opportunity and chances. I do not trust or recommend this company.

Anyone that has had a flood understands how frustrating it can be to keep up with all of the moving parts. The owner and his team gave me so much peace…and a wonderful remodel. They were on time, professional and most of all knowledgeable and skilled in home construction. I have returned to Mr. Smith for work because I know his team can be trusted in my home and will get the job done in the estimated timeframe. Thank you for being there for my family during a stressful time.

Smith & Sons was hired to replace my vinyl siding. They did a wonderful job on everything. With the pandemic we had to wait for shutters to come in and they were right out here as soon as they came in. I would recommend this company to do any job you might need to be done in your home.

We have used Smith and Sons for several major construction rehabs, including a house fire and flood. They do really solid work. Great quality. Fair prices. Works well with our insurance too. But even more important to us is the fact that you can get a hold of them. They return phone calls and emails. Answer any questions or concerns. And if something goes wrong, they communicate clearly, honestly, and politely how it will be fixed. We've been so spoiled working with them I don't think we would ever even consider working with another contractor. Highly recommend. A+

We used Smith & Sons to remodel a portion of our garage into a livable space. They did a great job from demo, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, to finishing. They kept us informed of all aspects of the work and they were professional at all times. We are very happy with the work and will definitely give them a call in the future if we need other work done.

Having a house fire is a traumatic experience. Mike Jr helped to put our mind at ease as much as possible. He treated us like family. I'm a hands on, inquisitive home owner. He was always available and never took offense to me asking questions. Scott and John treated our home like it was their own. Both are extremely skilled. Their sub-contractors left a little to be desired at times but Smith and Sons employees were the ultimate professionals. Ms Renee, at the office, was always super responsive and flexible with her time. The rebuild took longer than expected but I appreciate the time and effort the Smith and Sons team gave my home and my family.
