This company’s “Electrician” came to do the job but he was very rude. He. Claimed himself as part owner. Lie just started from there. They Left without starting the job. Contrary to their receptionist Kristhal, this man refuse to close the open ceiling holes once work is done as they as promised. He left by saying that we are very connected and no plumber, or others company will ever come to your house to do any work. How dare he scares and threatened his customers like that. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.Please save money, time and frustration. Check their license first before you let them enter your house PERIOD.

They are extremely unprofessional, installation failed inspection by the county. I got 2 months of the runaround and when I complained that you did not deliver on the written contract. The owner made up some stories about the breaker not being in stock. Why accept the job and take money if you know that you don't have parts?

This installation team worked professionally to install and complete the work and followed through till inspection permit. Very helpful and resposive office team throughout the entire installation cycle. Overall, I was satisfied and a great experience.

The company is responsive to quotes online (no need to have someone come out to look) and scheduling was straight forward. However, they do not respect the scheduled time of installation. When scheduling, I made it clear that I had schedule conflicts in the morning and requested that the installation not be during that time. Based on that, the installation was scheduled for the afternoon. The day of the installation the company was trying to move the appointment time up into the morning from when I had prior scheduling conflicts. I explained that I couldn't do it because I have conflicts where I needed to be present and couldn't step away. I asked why they can't honor the original time window in the afternoon and the technician on the phone (who happens to be the owner) made a comment that he "needed to stay calm." I'm not entirely sure why he needed to stay calm when we had already agreed upon a certain time frame in the afternoon and I previously communicated that I couldn't do the morning because of conflicts. Following the interaction, I requested to reschedule with a different technician on a different day, and the company elected to cancel the appointment entirely. If you want a company that will respect your time and agreements, then I don't recommend this company.

I had Interconnect Electric install a EV charging station. My panel was only 100 amps and full, so they also upgraded it to 200 amps. I had lots of questions via email, and both James (the co-owner?), and Kristhal were prompt and professional answering all of them. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, were professional, and generally seemed pleasant. Except for the county inspector's and BGE's parts, all work was done the same day.
