Junell is such a great lifeguard! She is very friendly, is stern but respectful when encouraging the pool rules, and she genuinely cares about the people that live in my complex. She often circles the pool and is very attentive. I feel comfortable at the pool when I know she is on duty.

NO POOL - ANGRY RESIDENTS - LOST MONEY - If you want to throw away $3764.74 We would HIRE Aquasafe.

The Westbury HOA Board is very disappointed in the repairs we were SUPPOSED to receive from Aquasafe.

According to Aquasafe we are looking at opening a minimum of 5 days late. $472.94 per day for our pool contract we will not be using due to the fact we will not be open and another $280.00 (estimate) in pool passes we will need to purchase from another pool to make sure our neighbors have a pool for Memorial Day.

For each day we are closed after the fifth day our cost will be approximately $752.94 PER DAY!

The Board let this contract in February of 2023. We were told we would have no issues opening on time. We have been proactive about communication with with Aquasafe asking for regular updates.

The Board Members were told on numerous occasions we would open on time by phone and over email.

However, since May 1st 2023 - the communication has been sporadic at best and non-existent at worst. In one case we waited for over a week for ANY Communication. We have still received NO RETURN phone calls from the Vice-President. Even after multiple phone messages.

At this point the board is not sure where to turn - with vague answers from the Aquasafe staff we are not sure when we will open or how much money we will finally have to spend to finally open.

My grandmother took me to the pool at Glyndon Trace and it was tremendous😁 I loved it💯 it was so nice, clean, and inviting. Big up to the cute little Jamaican lifeguard Ashley she was so helpful and sweet🫶🏾

This lifeguard right here Kayon is extremely wonderful, she makes each and every one of our visits to the pool a great experience. I feel safe whenever she’s on duty. She’s a great one. Thank you kayon your an exceptional worker.

Abby, the lifeguard at Eagle Stream Apartments is always kind, attentive and keeps our pool clean! She is always paying attention to the pool and the kids who enter it. Prior to her coming to our complex we didn’t have the best lifeguards - they were no show, would fall asleep or be late, so I’m thankful that Abby is on time and that the pool is always taken care of!

Perreshea is an amazing lifeguard! She’s always very positive, friendly, and professional. We were lucky to have her at our community pool last year, and we’re thrilled she’s back again this season. The residents really like her – she communicates clearly and effectively, and she always makes sure everyone feels safe and welcome. If we had the option to request a lifeguard for next year, we would definitely ask for Perreshea. She’s a great asset to our community!

I want to take a moment to share my gratitude for Kelly, she’s an amazing and beautiful soul! She’s a wonderful lifeguard at The Addison Apartments Complex, she gives such care, concern and joy to us here at the pool while keeping us safe. I truly enjoy seeing and chatting with her her when I come out to the pool with my little ones. Kelly, you are incredibly sweet and smart, may you sour to success in school, you got this love! ❤️

Pool is always clean, super friendly Lifegaurd, Asasha. She is always on time too and opens the pool on time. She is very attentive even when the pool is full of people. I look forward to coming to float here often.

Rosalia is a lifeguard at my community pool and she is always so kind and you can tell she takes pride in her job.

Kareem and the other lifeguards at the APG pool have been phenomenal. They’re so attentive to the kids and go above and beyond to alert everyone at the pool if there are any changes such as weather calls. Kareem makes sure the pool is clean and have even gone above and beyond to help with umbrellas that weren’t working. He takes time to engage with all the kids and they all enjoy seeing and talking with him. We really appreciate Kareem’s hard work in making sure the pool and the kids are safe!

Sheri, from the Apartments of Bel Air is a wonderful lifeguard. She is so friendly and informative as well as being on guard of the people in the pool at all times. I loved Her the first time I met here. She is a blessing to this place and a blessing to this world.

I can’t say enough good things about the lifeguard on duty during our visit. Professional, attentive, and always vigilant — they created an atmosphere where safety came first without compromising fun. It was clear they were well-trained and truly cared about the well-being of everyone in and around the pool. Their calm and confident presence gave us real peace of mind. A true asset to the facility!

Shanice is one of the best lifeguards we have ever had at the Beacon pool! This is her third summer with us and I was thrilled to have her back. She works hard to make sure that the pool is clean and ready for us. She is observant and pro- active about enforcing the rules. She is also friendly and personable. I wish we could get her back every summer. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!

We’re so grateful for the amazing lifeguard Rushae Wright at our pool! She is incredibly attentive and have a wonderful way with kids. My toddler feels safe and happy, thanks to her watchful eye and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend for peace of mind while enjoying our time at the pool at Avalon at Arlington Ridge!

The pool is good but our lifeguard Shy is what makes it great. He’s welcoming professional and goes above and beyond to creat a wonderful atmosphere here. He cares as much about keeping the pool tip too as he does about keeping us all happy and save. I just wish the pool had longer opening hours and was open longer throughout the year.

We had the best time. Very friendly and professional service, lifeguards were so on top of it and a huge shout out to Yan. Thanks man! We will be back!

OMG the pool looks amazing, shout out to Aquasafe for taking care of us again for another year. Also zavia has been a great help with getting us up and running as well as his communication is always quick and thorough.
