My husband and I were in need of replacing our 23 year old AC and propane furnace with a solution that would be more efficient and cost effective. I desired to switch from propane heat and hot water to electric. Keith was thorough in his inspection of our existing equipment and setup and explained the differences between various heating options. In the end, my husband and I elected to purchase a heat pump system. It was a big decision and we are so pleased that we chose Keith and the Assured Comfort team. Every step of the process was completed in a thorough and professional manner. The installation of the new equipment and components is simply beautiful! The system itself is absolutely top notch and incredibly quiet. I highly recommend Assured Comfort for all your HVAC needs.

Keith has come for our heating and air conditioning service this year and is awesome to work with. He is Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Their customer service is great too. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Keith! He put a new air conditioning and heat unit in my townhouse about a year ago. He provided great and fast service and recently when we had an issue with a bad fuse, he was quick to respond especially given the time and day of the week. We needed Keith's help to get the AC working at my townhouse during a hot summer evening. The house was 78 degrees and when we notified him he was over within an hour to fix the issue in a quick in efficient manner. Now the AC is working perfectly and I cannot thank Keith enough!! So if you need a guy to install and maintain a AC system, then he is definitely your guy!

Top notch service all around! We will never use another company! Keith and his team are the most HONEST company. They came out and replaced a new system installed by "another company" that swore it was the best way to go, with a similiar system we used to have! The "new and best one installed" cost us $1000's each month in electric bills!!! Keith and his team did not try to sell us something to line their own pockets and discouraged us from getting a higher priced item that was not needed. They are quick and trustworthy! They got the job done within a weeks time! Also, when we had an issue in early December 2023 with our oil tank whistle sounding early when the new driver was filling it (driver error), the oil company said it needed to be replaced before any more oil could be delivered and we needed to show proof of the new whistle installed. Keith's wife, Debbie, was on it and had someone out to have it replaced with in a couple of days so we did not get caught with the cold snap coming in and not enough heating oil. (Yes, the oil company reimbursed us for this as this was their new drivers error). If you want Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism across the board, Respect, and to be treated like part of the family, Then Assured Comfort Services, LLC. in Huntingtown MD is the only company you need to call. They are the only company we have experienced since moving back to MD 14 years ago that has treated us with the respect and honesty that you expect from a professional company. Being treated like part of the family is a plus! Did I mention it is Veteran owned too! Even Better! Thank you for your service to our country! And for all that you continue to do! Our family has been so blessed to be able to have Assured Comfort as our primary HVAC service company. When we moved to the area 3 years ago they helped us with our aging HVAC units. They have always responded quickly and even helped keep our house from freezing one winter while we were out of state. Both units have since been replaced (the second one today). The equipment pricing and service are very fair. We love working with Debbie in the office. She’s very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Keith is our main man and is very knowledgeable and a talented technician. It’s wonderful to know that our home heating needs are well cared for whatever they may be.
