As I type this review I'm currently trying to get through to a live person. I made a claim the end of February for my washing machine through my home warranty. They sent a repair person from Sears. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the part and rescheduled my repair. He came back on scheduled day but part was sent some place else. He reordered part and rescheduled again for the next Monday. Monday arrived. A different tech called and asked if I had the part. I told him yes. He said he needed to find someone to help him. Didn't hear from him anymore. I received a text and email saying my service is rescheduled to Friday without any explanation. I tried calling Sears and could not get a live person. Then Thursday I get an email and text saying my service is rescheduled for Monday April 1st. No one came or called. I check the tracking and it says 5:21am for April 1st. This was at 4pm when I was finally able to get on the website. Now at 8:58pm April 1st, I've been on hold waiting to speak to a live person for 30 mins. I'm so very peeved about all of this because I can't keep taking off work randomly because they keep rescheduling my service repair. This is insane!

Mr. Blake is a consummate professional. He made a point to ensure I understood his assessment of my HVAC and monitored its operations to the unit was working properly.

The customer service was awesome, he was very nice and knowledgeable. He knew just what he was doing and how to do it. If all of your repair men are as customer friendly as this tech, you'll have an awesome team. Mohammad

Abdula was kind enough but he was in my home for about 20 minutes to diagnose my washer door, door locks and hinge and charged $136 to tell me that the parts are no longer available. No work was performed and I paid money for an unnecessary service call. This is a rip off and I feel cheated as a customer. I have to purchase a new washer and understand this but the service call fee is too much. Will not be using Sears service in the future.

WORST home repair experience ever! I would give zero or negative points if that were an option. Waited three months for parts that were ordered to repair refrigerator. After long delay, the follow-up repairman said that the guy who originally came and ordered the parts wasn't very good on refrigerators and had ordered useless parts. He then claimed the temperature of our freezer was within acceptable range (despite the fact that everything was melting). He took the useless parts that had finally arrived, refunded the charge for them (but not the service charge), and left! Totally useless. I had to spend an hour on the phone to get follow-up service. Now waiting AGAIN for parts and can't get any information about the status of my repair. The link on the website states that my order is closed! I will NEVER use Sears Appliance Repair again in my life. STAY AWAY.

Appreciated the fast scheduling and quick servicing. Made the whole experience painless. Omari was great and went above and beyond to get the job done in one trip and be transparent about what needed fixing.

The technicians have all been very nice. My washer however continues to malfunction after one or two washes. They have changed parts to no avail. Trying to speak to a supervisor is like trying to speak to the Pope. The automated systems send you down a black hole and once you speak to a representative they appear to be reading from a script. They schedule appointments that at times no one shows up. They have been sending technicians out since August. Eleven successful appointments later and washer still doesn’t work consistently. I have taken off from 8AM to 5PM 13 times. This is absolutely ridiculous. Having to pay monthly rate for warranty and take my clothes to the laundry or not be able to wash is exhausting. Between parts, mileage, and rate to pay the technician seems a better use of their resources would have been to purchase a new washer comparable to the brand I have. I am really questioning paying them every month. Signed a very tired and unhappy customer

Waited during first scheduled appointment time but sears cancelled appointment without notification only knew by checking website. Rescheduled appointment-technician arrived 30 minutes past four hour appointment window and 3 hours after website said technician would arrive. Repair cost estimate more than cost to replace washer by $200

The diagnostics was done incorrectly! I was asked to order the drain pump. It turned out the drain pump was totally fine. LE in the monitor indicated that sensor in the back had to be replaced. I was charged for the visit and the problem was not resolved! Disappointing.

This was my Technician's second return on the same product 2-days consecutively. He was patient, peaceful, timely, efficient, proficient, and thorough in his craft. I highly recommend him for a bonus, as well as a promotion. He is rare in this day and time in his craft.

I had an issue with my washer, and I called Sears Home Services to help. First of all, they never came within the time range that I set the appointment for. They were always late or I had to reschedule. Then it cost me $500 for them to replace a part and it didn't even fix the issue. Then I requested someone to come back out to look at it again. They said it would cost $400 to repair another part of the washer. I don't think it's fair that they were going to charge me an additional $400 when they didn't resolve the issue the first time. I had to get help from a contractor to actually fix the issue for a lot less money. And the contractor said that the part that they replaced for $500 probably didn't need replacing, and it was just the easiest thing for them to "fix". My advice to anyone thinking about using this service is to please find someone local. Sears is only trying to do the bare minimum at a very expensive price.

The technician, Aaron, was outstanding! After dealing with less than desirable folks who were just trying to sell me a new system, Aaron was so refreshing. He was honest and extremely competent and thorough and resolved our issue completely. He also under promised and over delivered and was very punctual and excellent with communicating every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend him.
