We are thrilled with our new patio and landscaping. Everyone was professional and attentive to our needs. We kept adding to the project and it was completed on time.

We hired Clearwater to redo our front porch, front walk, and landscaping. Ken Wagester listened carefully to our concerns and responded thoughtfully to our requests. We have been told that our home looks like something out of House and Garden. Thank you for the great curb appeal!

Professional and their work looks amazing, however we had sticker shock at the ballpark estimate given. They charged us $125 just to come out -- which we were told would roll into the cost for a design, but we have a super small backyard (about 20 x 20 feet). We were told it would be about $20 to $30K to landscape and put in a small patio-- including a $750 design fee that would roll into the cost to do the work.

They were upfront about why -- because work would mostly be done manually (vs. with equipment) due to us being a middle townhome, but we were still surprised by the total cost. Many neighbors around us with similar backyards had much larger patios put in had them done for $10 to $15K. Seems to be overpriced and maybe taking advantage of the demand.

Clearwater installed a new patio and retaining walls at my house and everything turned out beautiful! The team was punctual, efficient, and cleaned everything up once the job was complete. 10/10 recommend!

Abbey worked with us to create a backyard patio space that included a custom cedar pergola, patio and water feature with a beautifully designed landscaping around the area that made for a special place for us to go as a family. We loved her designs and are enjoying our outside space! We had mulching done as well which turned out great!

Clearwater installed a large number of shrubs and trees at our property. The plants were all beautiful and the Clearwater crew was a pleasure to work with and did a great job planting everything. Clearwater Landscaping just installed a brick patio and a drainage system in my backyard. They were very easy to work with, and I was impressed by the skill, attention to detail, and professionalism of the installers. The patio is absolutely beautiful! It came out even better than I had imagined, and I know it will add a lot of value and enjoyment to my home.

Wow! From planning to design to construction, Clearwater was exceptional. Abbey Herman is an excellent designer who listens to the clients wishes and makes a plan that is perfectly executed. The workers are simply amazing and they pay attention to every detail of the yard to ensure client satisfaction. They keep a clean worksite and take great pride in their work.

I will work with Clearwater in the future. In fact, they may be the first landscaping contractor I will call. Great design, great communication and provided many suggestions that made our project look great. We asked for a difficult slide to be installed for our pool, and Clearwater went above and beyond to make our vision a reality. We had an unfortunate pool contractor that delayed Clearwater from performing their portion of the project, but they were very supportive, and adjusted schedules that took into account the pool contractor. I look forward to working with them in the future, and will be calling Ken for all our landscaping needs.

ClearWater changed a slopey back yard into a beautiful patio. The landscape designer listened well and exceeded out expectations.

Abbey is simply the best at taking your concepts and capturing them in a paper design. She listens intently and morphs your words into an exacting, professional design. My wife and I had several patios done over the years. No one has come close to matching Abbey’s work.

Do not be skittish about placing a deposit for the concept drawings. It takes time and expertise to set the stage for your desired work. Do not worry about “losing” your deposit. If you decide on Clearwater, the deposit is rolled into your payment. If you choose not to go with Clearwater, it is your loss. There may be competitors, but Clearwater is head and shoulders above the rest.

We were extremely satisfied with Clearwater! We did a large pool/deck project, and every aspect was handled with the utmost of professionalism. Ken, the designer, came up with a beautiful concept and checked-in on the progress every step of the way to make sure it was done to our liking. Jaime and Jose, our project managers, made sure things got done on time and checked-in with us regularly. The main crew members we had were fantastic: True craftsman who paid attention to detail with a hard-working attitude. Overall, communication was excellent, quality of work was phenomenal, everyone treated our property with total respect, and they valued having us as a customer. Clearwater is a design build firm that is of great value! These folks are honest, talented AND just simply nice folks. Our project (a deck, with a covered pavilion and a patio beneath it) was designed beautifully by Abbey, and the the installation process was without any issues and the construction team was super.
