No heat on New Years Day! Ryan was here and had the system working in under an hour from calling him. Im glad I found my local Pro without paying big company prices!

Our heat wasn’t working and Ryan was very professional, thorough. I’d gone with a larger company, at first, but their repair only treated the symptom where Ryan took the time to find the real problem.

Ryan is 100 times more knowledgeable than anyone else I used in the past and will now be my regular HVAC service expert. I paid a nominal fee for routine check of both zoned HVAC systems and he discovered that the thermostat for one of the zones was faulty and was incorrectly calling for emergency electric heat from the indoor unit instead of calling for heat from the outdoor heat pump. I am pretty sure this explains the outrageous heating bills at the end of last winter and now early this winter. The last service company I used failed to detect this. Saving big $$$$$.

Called on a Monday and he came out on Friday to fix my issue. Quick and efficient. And they have great pricing and financing options. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Him and his wife (who takes the calls) are super nice and friendly.

At the start of Spring, found out my AC kept running but wouldn't cool the house. Ryan came out within a day's notice, and diagnosed and resolved the issue in the same visit. He was very knowledgeable, and explained everything in lay terms. As a courtesy upon my request, he took a look at my gas fireplace and diagnosed an ignition issue.
