Jacob and Romelle arrived on time. Were professional, explained the process and reviewed the scope of the work. They were respectful of my property and did a great job in cleaning the exterior of my house and the roof. A few days after they left, I noticed that the finish on my garage window was removed by the softwash. I called the company and the receptionist took my name and number. Two weeks later, no one had called back. I called again and complained. There was no record of my call. They assured me the service manager would call back. Finally, in September, I called again. This time again I was told there was no record of my call and complaint. Again, I was reassured the service manager would call. I still haven't heard back. This was a special coating on the window. I gave up and painted the window myself.
