My fiancé and I hired 58 foundations to fix our basement from leaking. Wilson P., Bryon M., and Marco O. were amazing! They sent photos throughout the job so we could see their progress, worked very quickly, were extremely polite, and left everything in perfect condition. They also took the time to protect our belongings that were in our basement. 10/10 experience and we’ll be referencing them out to our family/friends who may need work done in the future!

Cliff, Roger and Gustavo performed foundation repair at my home. The crew was very professional and respectful. This was a particularly difficult job and done in two parts. They worked hard to complete and met my standards. I really appreciated their dedication to the job. Overall we had a good experience. I would recommend this crew.

They never measured the windows to get the right size and tried to install stock windows in my basement . It left 2.5 inch gap on both ends so I refused them. It took them a month to get windows and they were the wrong style but I took them anyway just to get them completed. It wasn't the employees fault that came out to install the windows .

Had an issue with my sump pump not draining so I called and they came out next day within reasonable time. Andre was efficient and knew what the problem was right away. Great company and would suggest to anyone.

Sheldon from 58 Foundations & Waterproofing was absolutely fantastic! He arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and truly went the extra mile. Not only did he make sure our sump pump was working perfectly, but he also took the time to completely clean out all the built-up debris—something we didn’t even expect. Wilson P and Bryan M were fantastic. Drain is working properly. Cement didn't set properly after install so we had to have 2nd visit to put on sealant but it was done efficiently and at no additional cost.

The 58 team that repaired our leaky and deteriorating block walls and water intrusion (B Gustavo, G. Hilario and R. Fernando) did a fabulous job. They were hard working and resourceful and worked through horrible weather for two days to get the job perfectly done. We are more than satisfied and pleased.

From Keith, the foundation specialist, providing an informative and honest assessment of our issue, to the great communication by the administration staff, to the completion of the work by Bryan R. and Axel M. in a timely and professional manner, I was impressed and would recommend them to anyone needing foundation work!

My crew did a great job. They were courteous and made sure to explain the process very well. I would recommend them for waterproofing.

Fred, who came out for our estimate, was thorough and explained every step of our project. Orlando and his team were awesome, they hung plastic throughout our finished basement for minimal cleanup. They went above and beyond routing pipes through the floor and drop ceiling without harming the walls for our new sump pump. Great job!

Probably would've given 4 if not for the customer checklist that sent me that was incorrect. The issues that made this not 5 star: communication mainly. After the quote setting up the appt took quite a while. I signed the contract, and waited. I got a payment link and made the payment, and waited. Day of I got a call and was told they'd be several hours late and I was questioned on the height of the crawlspace, which leads me to question internal communication, if they are going to a job not knowing the size. They left some debris from the crawlspace out (such as a 6' piece of pipe and a window), they did not ask what should be done with it, but the emailed checklist said they cleaned everything up.

Miguel and Cliff did outstanding work. They were very friendly and explained all of the details of what they were doing. They took extra steps to contain any dirt and debris and did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend them. A++

CAUTIOUS WHEN DEALING WITH 58 FOUNDATIONS

Repeated Flooding and Poor Installation — Very Disappointed with 58 Foundations

In 2020, my family hired 58 Foundations to waterproof our basement and install a commercial-grade sump pump as part of a $10,000 plan. The crew completed the work in two days, but just weeks later, our basement flooded. The company admitted the pump had misfired and replaced it. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning.

Over the next few years, our basement flooded multiple times. Each visit revealed another mistake: one technician found the pump had been installed incorrectly and even had a hole drilled in the return valve, preventing proper function. Another said the pump was positioned too low and blocked. Each time, they made adjustments — even adding a second pump and alarm — but the flooding kept happening.

In 2025, after yet another water issue, a senior technician finally discovered that the original waterproofing itself had been done wrong. A section of wall and drain had never been covered by the waterproofing membrane. He repaired it quickly, but by then, the damage was done.

Because of these repeated floods, our homeowners insurance dropped us twice, and we’ve spent over $30,000 repairing damages and protecting our home. Despite acknowledging multiple installation errors, 58 Foundations has refused to offer any reimbursement or compensation.

We trusted this company to protect our home, and instead, their poor workmanship caused years of stress and loss. I would strongly caution others to seek a more reliable, accountable waterproofing contractor.

Andrei did an excellent job over two days to replace and upgrade our sump pump with a new system as well as install a new dehumidifier. He cleaned up the area he was working in once done and cleaned our storage area as well. He made sure that the new system fit into the sump area and that the new work blended seamlessly into the existing structure.

Hila GT, Fernand R, Ghus R, and Bedwin did an excellent job installing four supports and a steel beam in my crawlspace. They were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely recommend their crew for anyone who needs crawlspace work done

The crew that did the actual instillation of the support pilings was outstanding. Cliff Jose, Roger, Gus and Juan not only did a wonderful job, on time, great communication always letting us know what was going on. They left the basement and crawl spaces clean and swept. Looked better than when they came. The sweetest thing was they thoughtfully blew the driveway clean of leaves as they left the second day which was a lot of help for older folks!

I am very pleased to hire 58 foundations a few times cause they are very knowledgeable to do work for the foundation. I have a good experience professional communication from the staff Leon and Jennifer. They both listen to your concerns and will help to find solutions. I will continue to hire them in my future projects.
